Airlines & Hotel Policies

• Official Check in time is 14:00 – 16:00 hours. Rooms may not be available for early check-in unless booked in advance.
• Official Check-out time at 10:00 - 12:00, early checkout will attract full cancelation charge.
• Booking might cancelled automatically after 18:00 hours if hotel is not informed about late arrival.
• All applicable additional charges to be paid directly to the hotel by the guest at the time of check out.
• All special requests subject to hotel availability at the time of checkin.
• As per policy, property reserve the right to collect credit card preauthorization for any extras that the guests may incur during the stay.
• Airline fares and hotel rates are subject to change without prior notice unless ticketed and booked.
• On the expiry of the time limit, bookings will automatically get cancelled by the airline or hotel. In such cases, a new quotation will be given depending on the current availability of seats and rooms.
• Any amendment and Cancellation request will attract penalty as per Airline and hotel restrictions.
• The first & family name given in the booking should be the same as it appears in the passport and GCC Resident Visa should be valid for minimum 6 months.

• Any special handling e.g. unaccompanied minors, wheelchairs or assistance for medical cases Etc… request has to be sent to us well in advance.
