General Terms & Conditions

Offer code applicable to each resort to be mentioned on the booking request.
Minimum Stay 3 nights.
The package cost includes 3 nights’ Accommodation on the specified meal plan and Return Transfers (speed boat or seaplane where ever applicable)
The rates are inclusive of 10% service, 12% GST· & green tax of US$. 6.00 per person per night.
Not combinable with any other offers unless specified.
. Valid for all new bookings received after 01st January 2021. Any existing bookings· amended/cancelled and re-booked on this offer will not be eligible.
Bookings to be reported by the latest 24 hours of expiry of the offer. Any bookings reported· thereafter will not be considered on the offer

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
General Cancellation Policy

No Shows: 100% of the package cost.
Early Departures: No Refunds
No penalty if cancelled 14 days prior to guest check-in | 50% of the total package will apply as cancellation charges if cancelled within 14 days of guest arrival.
If to cancel within the cancellation period due to covid19 (border closures/flight· cancellations/covid19 positive), we will offer the travel flexibility to modify the booking to alternate dates.
Conditions do apply depending on the new travel dates.

General Group Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Minimum Stay 4 nights.
Maximum rooms bookable on this package is 6 rooms per group arrival per day.
Split rooms stay will not be permitted for group bookings.
The whole group has to be booked under one meal plan.
No Shows: 100% of the package cost.

General Child Policy

Infants & Children - 0.1yrs to 05.99yrs – accommodation and speed boat transfers free of charge (Green Tax of US$.6.00pppn will be invoiced).
Children - 06.0yrs to 14.99yrs- accommodation and speed boat transfers as specified child supplement above.
Seaplane Transfers – 0.1-1.99yrs FOC / 2-11.99yrs – as per Child seaplane supplement· specified above / Above 12yrs – Adult rate.
