1. This rate contract is subject to last room availability.

2. Check - in12.00 and Check-out time is 10.00 am.

3. These rate are net non-commissionable.

4. All reservations will be confirmed only if credit card details of the guest checking in are provided. Should the credit card details are not be available, the company should guarantee the booking, prior to the guest arrival in writing either by company billing letter or by credit card.

5. Rates are applicable for inbound and domestic leisure only and not applicable for conferences/events / Corporates and Wedding etc.


Reservation & Cancellation Policies: All Requests For Reservations, Amendments, Re-Confirmations And Cancellations Must Be Sent In Writing Via Email, Fax Or Letter, To The Local Nirali Dhani Resort - A Unit Of Shriram Excellency Group Of Hotels & Resort’s Sales Office Or To Crs And No Verbal Communications Will Be Deemed Valid By The Shri Ram Excellency Group Of Hotels And Resort. A) Based On Availability Status, Rooms Will Be Allocated For The Booking Received. B) Confirmation Will Be Provided Only After Receipt Of Pre-Payment/Service Voucher, Naming List And Other Details Requested. C) Non Receipt Of Pre-Payment /Service Voucher And Naming List Plus Any Other Details Within The Specified Time Frame I.E. 30 Days For Groups / Series (60 Days In Peak Period) & 14 Days For Fit’s (30 Days In Peak Period) Prior To Arrival May Lead To Release Of Booking By Shri Ram Excellency Group Of Hotels And Resorts.
