This program has been designed for those who wish to discover not only the highlights of Cambodia but also something special which has not been touched yet by a lot of foreigners.

There are two different boats operating between these two cities, depending on the season. In the dried season (from March to September), only the small boat is available. There are not seats and only the long benches with sofas are available.It takes about 7 hours in the dried season. Sometimes, we cannot be able to do this route by road then we might have to use the overland which takes about 4 hours. In the rest of the months (from September to February), the express boats are operating and there is no problem.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Phnom Penh

  Welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Visit the National Museum, Royal Palace & Silver Pagoda. In the late afternoon, visit Russian market and take the boat ride on the river during the sunset time. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
• Day 2 : Phnom Penh-battambang (293 Km, 5/6 Hours)

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Battambang via the Pursat Province and visit local village. Afternoon arrival Battambang and check in at the hotel. Overnight in Battambang.
• Day 3 : Battambang

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit the local market, Bannon temple, the ancient local house (around 100 years old) and take the most authentic local transportation- “bamboo train” for about 10 minutes. This curious form of transport was “invented” by local people to carry objects and passengers. It is a platform with 4 wheels attached to a rudimentary and small motor. Passengers sit on the platform and we travel on it 8 Km to arrive to the next railway station. We will cross the beautiful scenery of rice fields. Arrive at the next station and we will take the car to the temple Ek Phnom. Overnight in Battambang.
• Day 4 : Battambang - Siem Reap

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Short city tour and transfer to Pier for the boat to Siem Rap via the Tonle Sap great lake (take 7 hours by boat). Upon arrival in Siem Reap, transfer to hotel and check-in. Overnight in Siem Reap.
  
  Note: If the water level does not allow, we might have to do this route by overland and the supplement will be informed directly on the spot.
• Day 5 : Siem Reap

  Morning, breakfast at hotel. Visit Angkorians of group Roluos with the visit of Preah Ko, Bakong and Lolei. Afternoon, visit small circuit: Ta Keo, Ta Prhom, Banteay Kdei, Spean Thma, Thommannon, and Srah Srang. Overnight in Siem Reap.
• Day 6 : Siem Reap

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit Angkor Thom: south gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, Terrace of Leper King and Elephant terrace. Afternoon visit the world wonder of Angkor Wat temple and sunset tour at Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in Siem Reap.
• Day 7 : Departure

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. visit the Bantey Srei “The City of Women” and Bantey Samré. Transfer to International Airport for departure.
