Chandigarh

Manali

Just 40 kms away from Kullu to the north, Manali is situated near the end of the valley on the National Highway leading to Leh. The landscape here is breath taking. One sees well-defined snow capped peaks, the Beas river with its clear water meanders through the town. On the other side are deodar and pine trees, tiny fields and fruit orchards. Amritsar is a holy city in the state of Punjab. The name of the city derives from the name of the pool around the Golden Temple (aka Harmandir Sahib) and means “holy pool of nectar” (Amrit; Sar: (short for sarovar) lake). Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Mumbai

  Mumbai / Onward Destination – Chandigarh/Ambala Rly Station. ‘GETaTRP’ Guests will meet at Bandra Terminus Railway Station at 10:00 HRS. We board Paschim Express – 12925 for Chandigarh Jn/Ambala Cantt (11:35 am). Dinner & Overnight en route. (Dinner and Next day Lunch in the train With Mineral Water).
• Day 2 : Chandigarh

  Arrival at Chandigarh Rly. Station (15:57), check inn to the hotel and freshen up. Evening free time for leisure DJ NIGHT Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel. (Lunch from Delhi)
• Day 3 : Chandigarh

  After Breakfast we will proceed for Rock Garden & Sukhna Lake – An epitome of creativity & innovation, a unique garden that consists of various art objects. Lunch at hotel, evening visit Sector 17. This is the most popular shopping arcade, which is also known as City Centre. There is no doubt it is one of the most crowded and best destination for shopping lovers in Chandigarh. Here, you can find virtually anything and everything. After Sector 17 depart for Manali,Dinner & overnight en route.
• Day 4 : Manali

  After Breakfast, we visit Hidimba Temple – the chief centre of interest, historically & archeologically. Lunch at the hotel, after some rest will visit Manu Temple & Vasisht Kund – a small village located on the left bank of river Beas. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.   After early morning Breakfast we will proceed for Solang Valley – 20kms from Manali on highway to Keylong/Leh. It offers a panoramic and spectacular Mountain View. Lunch at the hotel and Evening DJ NIGHT with dinner & overnight stay at hotel

  After Breakfast, we will move out for city excursion. Visit Golden Temple & Jallianwala Bagh. Lunch at the hotel, after lunch we visit Wagah Border – be the part of the electrifying experience. The Wagah Border Ceremony is an experience that every Indian would enjoy witnessing – it is a Flag lowering ceremony conducted each day at sunset at this point on the border between India & Pakistan. Evening D.J Party with Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 8 : Amritsar (Return Journey)

  Early morning, we proceed to Amritsar Railway Station to board our train to Mumbai, Paschim Express – 12926 (08:10). Lunch and Dinner will be served on board. Overnight en route. (Lunch + Dinner – will be served in Train)
• Day 9 : Mumbai (Back to Mumbai)
