Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin Airport

  On arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by one of our representatives outside the exit gate. Just keep a look out for a friendly man holding a placard with your name on it. The representative will take you to your car, from where you’ll be whisked off to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do with as you please.

• Day 2 : Cochin

  The 145 kilometres (90 mi) long Chalakudy River, originates in the Anamudi mountains of the Western Ghats[2] and flows through the Vazhachal Forest toward the Arabian Sea. The river initially runs smoothly but becomes more turbulent as it nears Athirappilly. At Athirappilly Falls, the water surges around big rocks and cascades down in three separate plumes. Below the falls, the river remains turbulent for about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) until it reaches Kannamkuzhi.

• Day 3 : Cochin

  1. The beautiful city of Cochin has a fascinating history, and a great range of influences which can still be seen today. This tour will give you a taste of this diversity by visiting Mattancherry Palace (popularly called the Dutch Palace), Paradesi Synagogue in the centre of Jew Town and the cantilevered Chinese fishing nets along the coast in Fort Cochin.
  You will also have the chance to look around St. Francis Church, dating back to the early 1500s and where Vasco da Gama was originally buried, and the Santa Cruz Basilica which is reminiscent of an iced caked rising up from the ground.
  2. The driver will take you to Munnar(4 Hrs and 30 Mins / 140 Kms). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for refreshments and photography.

• Day 4 : Munnar Sightseeing

  1. We would take you for the sightseeing of Munnar visiting the Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point. The car would drive you back to hotel after the sightseeing.
  2. The day is free to spend as per your interests. We have nothing planned for today as far as sightseeing or activities are concerned, however your hotel accommodation remains same as chosen.

• Day 5 : Munnar - Thekkady

  1. The driver will take you to Thekkady ( 02 Hrs 30 Mins / 90 Kms). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for refreshments and photography.

• Day 6 : Periyar Sightseeing

  1. Leave to visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, enjoy boating in Periyar Lake. Return to the hotel.
  2. The driver will take you to Kumarakom ( 3 Hrs 30 Mins / 125 Kms). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for refreshments and photography.

• Day 7 : Kumarakom

  1. Today We will vist Kumarakom bird sanctuary ,The bird sanctuary houses some extremely rare species of birds and is a treat for bird watchers. With gorgeous lakes and astonishing sites to behold you, nature lovers are in for a wonderful surprise as well.
  2. Board the houseboat from Kumarakom and sail through backwaters till Alleppey. Enjoy the traditional houseboat and Keralan hospitality. All meals are served on board.

  The driver will take you to Kovalam ( 3 Hrs 30 Mins / 165 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for refreshments and photography.

• Day 9 : Kanyakumari

  The southern tip of India, the point at which three seas come together, Kanyakumari forms the basis of this trip. On reaching this sleepy town, also known as Cape Comorin, you’ll be able to explore the area and look out at the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal and the mighty Indian Ocean all at the same time. You’ll enjoy watching a spectacular sunset here before returning to your car for the drive back.
