Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Coimbatore Arr. Coimbatore - Kodaikanal (180 kms - 05 hrs)

  Upon arrival at Coimbatore Airport/ Railway Station, proceed to Kodaikanal. Kodaikanal is one of the most popular, peaceful & striking hill stations on the Palani Hills in Tamil Nadu. Enroute halt at Silver Cascade Waterfalls which is a 55 metre (180 ft) waterfall at altitude 1,800 metres (5,900 ft). On arrival, check-in to hotel. Explore the rest of the day at your own. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal Hotel/Resort.
• Day 2 : Kodaikanal

  After breakfast, proceed for full day sight-seeing of Kodaikanal such as Pine Forest which was set up by Mr. Bryant in 1906 with a view to growing valuable timber. Pillar Rocks is a set of three giant rock pillars which stand 122 metres high. There is an excellent public garden adjacent to the viewpoint. Green Valley View has an excellent panoramic view of the plains and a sheer drop of 1,500 metres (4,900 ft) overlooking the Vaigai dam to the south. Coakers Walk built by Lt. Coaker in 1872 is a 01 km paved pedestrian path running along the edge of steep slopes. On a clear day one can view as far as Dolphin's Nose in the south, the valley of the Pambar River in the southeast, Periyakulam town and even the city of Madurai. Kodaikanal Lake is an artificial star shaped 60 acres lake built in 1863 and is Kodaikanal's most popular geographic landmark. Rowboats, Pedals, Horses & Bicycles can be hired beside the lake for short period. Bryant Park is a wonderfully maintained 20.5 acres botanical garden with 325 species of trees, shrubs, cactuses and 740 varieties of roses. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal Hotel/Resort.

• Day 3 : Kodaikanal - Ooty (280 kms - 08 hrs)

  After breakfast, check-out and proceed to Ooty. the place that not only provides natural splendors, but also gives you a taste of its various man-made wonders. Enroute proceed for the sightseeing of Coonoor, the place surrounded by the tea plantations. The major attractions are Pasteur Institute, just opposite to the Sim's Park, established in 1907. Sim's Park is the place where individual tree specimens are planted all over the place, giving a special charm to the park. This beautiful park is situated in a deep ravine and has eight major sections. The winding footpaths spreaded all over the park is the most distinctive and lovable feature of this park. Lamb's Rock is 08 kms. from Coonoor and on the way to Dolphin's Nose. It commands a grand view of the Coimbatore Plains. Laws Falls is a beautiful picnic spot, situated at Coonoor-Mettupalayam road at a distance of 07 kms. from Coonoor. The height of the falls is about 180 feets. It is just a paradise for Nature lovers. Reach and check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Ooty Hotel/Resort.
• Day 4 : Ooty

  After breakfast, proceed for full day sight-seeing of Ooty. The major attractions of Ooty are Botanical Garden, a stylish garden bordering immense variety of flowering bushes, flowers, plants, fern house with a vast range of ferns and orchids, a clear pool are some of the highlights of this garden. Ooty Lake has an irregular L shape and stretches for more than 2 km in length. The width of the lake varies at regular intervals. "The Dodabetta Peak is located at an altitude of 2,623 meters and is the highest point of Nilgiris hills. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Ooty Hotel/Resort.
