Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Yangon

  Welcome at Yangon International Airport. Transfer and check in at the hotel. Orientation tour Yangon highlights: down town Yangon to see Sule Pagoda, City Hall, Independent monument and old Colonial buildings. Proceed to Botahtaung Pagoda with sacred relic chamber and stop at Strand Hotel: the 1901-built three-storied 5 star hotel in Yangon remains one of Southeast Asia’s few grand colonial hotels. Chaukhtatkyi : huge reclining Buddha Image in Guest receiving position. Later on, visit to the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the wonders in the world, noted for its religious significance and artistic beauty. Take astroll in China Town noted for its fruits market and delicious street foods stalls. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel in Yangon.
• Day 2 : Fly to Heho. Drive to Pindaya (45 Km, 01:30 Hours). Proceed to Kalaw (45 Km, 01:30 Hours)

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Heho. Drive to Pindaya and enjoy the marvelous landscapes of hilly region with vegetables plantation, terrace landing cultivation, etc. Visit the Pindaya Caves - houses 8094 Buddha Images, umbrella workshop, which is made of pulp. Proceed to Kalaw and check in at the hotel. Overnight in Kalaw.
• Day 3 : Drive from Kalaw to Loikaw (165 Km,6/7 Hours)

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Loikaw and en route sightseeing includes Myin ma hti Cave, tea leaf plantations and scenic beauty of mountain region. Arrival and check in at the hotel. Visit to museum of Kayah state in which one can observe the traditional TaungKweCeti to appreciate the sunset and panoramic view of Loikaw. Overnight in Loikaw.
• Day 4 : Excursion to Padaung Village

  Morning, breakfast at the Guesthouse. Sightseeing at NgweTaung Dam, HtiPwint Pond and Kayan (Padaung) on the verge of extinction and the most unusual Kayan tribe ladies wearing brass rings around their extraordinary long necks, Kayah traditional weaving industry, and wonderful ritual flagstaffs of Nat (spirit) worshipers. Overnight in Loikaw.
• Day 5 : Drive to Phekhone(1 Hr). Then Boat to Inle Lake and On the Way Excursion Sagar(5/6 Hrs)

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Phekhone town through Sagar Lake and Phekhone Lake encompassed by breathtaking and refreshing landscape along the Bilu Creek. Boat trip to Sagar village, about 64 km South of NyaungShwe. Visit to ThaGaung relic pagoda, other ancient religious monuments and ways of life of Shan, Pa O and Intha national races in Sagar village. Arrival Inle and overnight.
• Day 6 : Excursion Inle

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion on the lake. Visit floating gardens, floating villages, Lotus-petal robe weaving looms & silk weaving at Inn Paw Khone village, PhaungdawOo Pagoda - the most venerable pagoda on the lake, jumping cats monastery, etc. Overnight at Inle.
• Day 7 : Excursion Inn Dein and Fly to Mandalay

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit Inn Dein pagodas in ruins covered by trees and bushes. Afternoon transfer to Heho airport for flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and free. Overnight in Mandalay.
• Day 8 : Excursion Mingun& Sightseeing Mandalay

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion to Mingun (01 hour) along the Ayeyarwaddy River. During the river cruise, we may enjoy the fascinating landscapes of the river as well as the daily life of the people living along the Ayeyarwaddy. Visit Mingun pagoda – unfinished pagoda & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda. Back to Mandalay.Continue visit traditional handicraft workshops such as, gold leaves beating, Kuthodaw Pagoda – the world biggest book, Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery – the finest of wood carving. Finally enjoy the sunset on top of Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay City, Shan Plateau, etc. Come back to hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.
• Day 9 : Excursion Amarapura, Sagaing& Ava (inwa)

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit Mahamuni Buddha Image- one of the most sacred Buddha Images in Myanmar. Excursion to Amarapura (01:00 hour), an ancient capital of Myanmar, where we can observe the life of over 1000 monks at Mahagandaryon Monastery & silk weaving factory. Proceed to Sagaing, where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries, Kaungmudaw Pagoda-the magnificent dome shape, silverware factory, etc. Continue to Ava (Inwa) and visit by horse carts to MaenuOkkyaung Monastery - built by the chief queen in 1818, Nan Myint Tower - 27 meter masonry high, Bargayar Monastery -well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. Come back to Amarpaura and enjoy the sunset by crossing over U Bein Bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.
• Day 10 : River Cruise to Bagan (260 Km, 10 Hours)

  Early morning, after the breakfast, transfer to the jetty for the river cruise to Bagan. Leisure and enjoy the marvelous landscapes during the cruise. The boat may stop in some villages to get on the local passengers. Arrive to Bagan and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Bagan.
• Day 11 : Sightseeing Bagan

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit colorful local market, Shwezigon Pagoda - the glory of Bagan, Htilominlo Temple - the best pilaster carving, Nathtaukkyaung - monastery made of teak wood, Ananda Temple - the masterpiece of Bagan, the Gubyaukgyi Temple - the best mural paintings of 11th century. Continue visit the Manuha Temple - huge Buddha Images, Dhamayangyi Temple - the biggest temple in Bagan, the Sulamani Temple - the 12th century temple, the lacquerware workshop - the unique of Bagan, etc. Finally, enjoy the sunset on top of the temple. Overnight in Bagan.
• Day 12 : Excursion Mt. Popa (50 Km/ 1.5 Hours)

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt.Popa - an extinct volcano which is known as “Home of the Spirits” and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for making the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach of top of Mt. Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes. Come down and back to Bagan. Evening, take the boat ride on mighty Ayeyarwaddy River during the sunset time.Overnight in Bagan.
• Day 13 : Fly to Yangon. Sightseeing

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer and check in at the hotel. Visit Bogyoke market [except on Monday] & china town. Leisure and overnight in Yangon.
• Day 14 : Departure

  Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Free until transfer to Yangon International Airport for the departure flight.
