Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi, Corbett

  A driver will pick you from your home in Delhi and drive you to your hotel in Corbett. After you have checked-in to your hotel, spend the day as you please.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys, Lakes & Rivers

• Day 2 : Corbett-Renikhet

  Once you have checked-out from your hotel the driver will drive you to Ranikhet. Spend the day exploring, return to your hotel in Ranikhet for a relaxing stay.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 3 : Ranikhet

  The driver will take you to the famous sightseeing points or you can choose to spend the day as you please.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 4 : Ranikhet to Delhi

  Check-out from your hotel, spend the latter half of the day as you please and when you are ready, the driver will drive you back to your home in Delhi.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators


Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .


Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:


Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours 
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. 
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours 
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment


Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
