Day 1 : Arrival / Negombo (xxxxx) Travel time: approximately 20min
Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be greeted by your chauffeur guide and then be escorted to your hotel for check-in on time. The rest of the day is yours to relax
Day 2 : Negombo/ Dambulla/ Sigiriya Travel time: approximately 4.5hrs
After breakfast check out and head for Sigiriya, en route you get opportunity to visit a local Sri Lankan family for coconut break. Once in Dambulla get started with the famous Dambulla Cave Temple,
Dambulla Golden Temple The temple was a monastic settlement as early as the 2nd century BC and is now among the seven World Heritage Sites of Sri Lanka. The rock rises over 400 ft. above its surroundings and consists of 5 cave temples spread out of about 50 acres. Here one can see one of the richest collections of 154 Sri Lankan sculptures in the form of Buddha images in standing, seated & recumbent postures as well as a few outstanding figures of gods. Well preserved massive wall and ceiling paintings covering 22,000 sq. ft. has made this temple complex more important to the world.

Visit Sigiriya, a massive rock fortress rising 183 meters above the surrounding green scrub jungle, just declared a world heritage site, is perhaps the most memorable place for visitors to Sri Lanka. Built by King Kasyapa in the 5th century, on the top of a vast 200m granite rock, it took seven years to build and was abandoned after ten years of occupation when the King, defeated by his brother, committed suicide. The well-planned complex included caved temples, bathing pools, lovely ponds and Asia's oldest surviving landscaped gardens. Today Sigiriya is famous for its frescoes painted in the pocket of the rock. The “Lion Stairway,” the “Mirror Wall” and the “Water Gardens” are its other highlights. An easy climb (steps) to the summit of the rock to view the ruins of the monastic complex, the views and frescoes are definitely worth the effort. Go as far as you like, it is all a delight even if you do not get to the top.Upon arrival check in to your lovely hotel & relax
Day 3 : Sigiriya/ Kandy Travel time: approximately 3.5hrs
Today, head for Ceylon's old capital of Kandy, en route stop for an interesting visit to learn a wide range of spices at the Spice Garden, who’s 15-minute complimentary Ayurveda Massage is also highly recommended. & also stop over and wood carving factory
If you have spare time you will have leisure walk around beautiful Kandy Lake. The lake is artificial and was created in 1807 by Sri Wickrama Rajasinha, the last ruler of the kingdom of Kandy. Several minor local chiefs protested because their people objected to labouring on the project. In order to stop the protests they were put to death on stakes in the lake bed. The central island was used as Sri Wickrama Rajasinha’s personal harem. Later the British used it as an ammunition store and added the fortress-style parapet around the perimeter. On the south shore, in front of the Malwatte Maha Vihara, the circular enclosure is the monks’ bathhouse.

Dance)5.00pm-6.00pm before walking to the nearby Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic - Sri Lanka's most sacred Buddhist shrine, the Puja Ritual held in the temple with all the fanfare, drums, trumpets and brightly colored Monks definitely shows you how special and spiritually important the temple means to Sri Lanka.
Day 4 : Kandy/ Nuwara Eliya Travel time: approximately 3.5hrs
In the morning, set off for Nuwara Eliya a picturesque journey packed with beautiful mountains, waterfalls and tea plantations. First stop over at cascading Ramboda water fall, next get escorted to a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the world’s best Ceylon Tea is produced. After learn about the process of manufacturing tea, get hands-on experience of tea picking, and don’t forget to sip a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory. Upon arrival engage in a guided stroll in Nuwara eliya Rest of the day is for relaxation. You can take your time to stay in hotel or walk around the Downtown Nuwara Eliya, this "Little England" town.
Day 5 : Nuwara Eliya/ Galle/Beach Travel time: approximately 5.5-6hrs
After breakfast, check out and head for Bentota Or Hikkaduwa . Known for one of the best beaches in the Southern Sri-Lanka. First stop over at turtle hatchery Turtle Hatchery: Projects have been launched to conserve the population of turtles that are reaching extinction and such projects are found along the southern coast of Sri Lanka where turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. The turtle digs a hole on the beach, lays hers eggs and covers them with sand to incubate by the heat of the sun. What often happens is, the eggs are dug out by fisherman and sold to people who consume them. But now the eggs are bought up by the conservation projects and are hatched the natural way in enclosed areas where the birds don't have a chance of picking them up and the babies are put to the sea at night after two days, which offers them a better chance of survival
Day 6 : Beach/Colombo/Exit Travel time: approximately 3.5-4hrs
Today you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to Colombo. Upon arrival take a guided city tour to explore Colombo's colonial legacies. the official political and trade capital of Sri Lanka. All the famous shopping arcades are in and around the city, which allows one to have a tantalizing experience in Colombo as it has something to offer every visitor. As a hub of many ethnicities with people from all creeds working together, Colombo is indeed cosmopolitan.
Start shopping in Colombo, Visit ODEL, House of Fashion, Arcade Independence square, Race Course, and Beverly Street, visit bargain market in Colombo Pettah. In times you will be escorted to airport for your departure flight.
