Dalhousie- Dharamshala Tour 4 Nights & 5 Days

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : arrival in Dalhousie

  Our representative will receive you in Pathankot. Now you will move to Dalhousie. It will be 2 hours 30 minutes journey. Now you will check in the hotel and take some rest. After this you will visit the local market of the Dalhousie. Now you will back to the hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : in Dalhousie full day excursion Khajjiar Chamba

  On day after having breakfast move to Khajiar 18kms. It’s on the most scenic saucer shaped plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests, its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center with a floating island and a hole golf course here are the other interesting place to cover. Later move to Chamba visiting Chaugan maidan, Bhuri Singh museum and Laxmi Naryan Temple. Return to Dalhousie and overnight stay in hotel.

• Day 3 : Dalhousie to dharamshala- Mcleodganj

  Get up in the morning and have your breakfast. Now you will check out from hotel. Now you will move to Dharamshala- Mcleodganj. It will be 3 hours journey. Now you will check in the hotel and take some rest. After this now you will ready for the local sightseeing of Dharamshala – Mcleodganj like:- Dal lake, St. John Church, Dalai lama temple, Cricket stadium etc. after visiting all these places now you will back to the hotel and take some rest.

• Day 4 : trek to triund

  Get up in the morning. Now you will check out from hotel. Now you will ready for the Triund trek. The distance from Mcleodganj to Triund is approximately 9 k.m. On trek from Mcleodganj to Triund, you first reach Dharamkot either on foot from main square of Mcleodganj to a steep. Dharamkot a jungle trait start which will consume one hour of walk and will lead you to GALU DEVI temple. After reaching GALU DEVI temple here you will come across cafeteria. GALU DEVI temple is on top of the shop and other one cafe is Sun & MOON cafe. From GALU DEVI temple you can see KARERI and BALREH village. The trek from GALU DEVI temple gets a bit of tough, with steep curves and moderate trails. It takes you about 4 hours and 3 hours to reach TRIUND hills but for it may take 6 hours to reach the top. On your way to Triund you will come across refreshment shop. Continue your trek after rest you will reach TRIUND HILL with in 1 or 2 hours depend upon your stamina. After reaching TRIUND enjoy the view of Triund. At night you will stay in the tents. If it is possible we arrange bonfire for you. After this enjoy your dinner and take some rest.

• Day 5 : Mcleodganj (departure)

  Get up in the morning and have your breakfast. Now you will move back to Mcleodganj from Triund. You will reach Mcleodganj at afternoon. Now you will be move back to Pathankot.
