Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Siliguri/Bagdogra to Darjeeling (83 Km./ 3 hrs)

  Welcome to ‘Darjeeling Dooars Tour’. On arrival at Siliguri (NJP) railway station or Bagdogra (IXB) airport meet & greet by Navigator India’s representative. Transfer from Siliguri/Bagdogra to Darjeeling through lush green tea gardens & undulating hills. Check into hotel & rest of the day is t leisure.

• Day 2 : Darjeeling sight seeing.

  Early in the morning (around 4 am), proceed to Tiger Hill to view the breath taking view of Mt.Kanchandzonga (28,200 ft.) & effect of sunlight on the same along with the adjoining peaks like Kabru & Pandim. On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop. After breakfast proceed for a half day excursion to Himalayan Mountaineering (HMI) & Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Peace Pagoda, Japanese Temple, Tea garden (outer view), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Sunday closed) etc.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling to Kalimpong (52 Km./ 2 hrs)

  Today you will be transferred to Kalimpong from Darjeeling, a picturesque drive through Himalayan hills. On the way visit Peshok view point the confluence of river Teesta & Rangeet. After lunch drive for a half day sight seeing of Kalimpong including Dello Hills, Flower Nurseries, & monastery.

• Day 4 : Kalimpong to Lataguri via Lava (122 km./ 4 hrs)

  Proceed for a picturesque drive to Lataguri from Kalimpong. The journey will be through lush green forests, tea gardens & mountain streams. Enroute visit beautiful mountain village Lava. Afternoon jungle safari at Gorumara N.P. (at own cost).

• Day 5 : Excursion to Sumsing, Suntalikhola, Jhalong & Bindu

  Today you will proceed to full day excursion to Samsing, Suntalikhola, Jhalong & Bindu. Samsing & Suntalikhola offer beautiful views of vallies & mountain streams. Jhalong in another important place known for Jaldhaka river & Jladhaka Hydral Project. Bindu is the Indo-Bhutan border with a Dam on Jadhaka river.

• Day 6 : Lataguri to Madarihat (Jaldapara) (70 km./ 2 hrs)

  Early morning jungle safari at Chapramari Reserve forest. After breakfast transfer from Lataguri to Madarihat. Check into your hotel. Afternoon jungle safari at Chilapata Forest.

• Day 7 : Jaldapara to Siliguri/Bagdogra (130 km./ 3 hrs)

  Today is your farewell day for your ‘Darjeeling Dooars Tour’. Early morning jungle safari at Jaldapara WLS & drive back to Siliguri (NJP)/ Bagdogra (IXB) for your onward journey with happy memories to cherish.
