Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - New Jalpaiguri

  In Delhi, after you have enjoyed your breakfast, you go for a city tour till afternoon. Delhi being the capital city and a city of immense historical significance you’ll visit a few extremely interesting places. In the afternoon you board a train to NJP from the Delhi railway station for an overnight journey.

• Day 2 : N. Jalpaiguri – Darjeeling

  Once you arrive at NJP, you’ll find our vehicles waiting for you to take you to Darjeeling. In Darjeeling, you’ll be taken to the hotel where we have booked accommodation for you. Simply check in and enjoy your stay in this wonderful place.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling

  Start early to visit Tiger Hill for witnessing the ethereal sunrise on the magnificent Mt. Kanchanzonga. On your way back to the hotel pay a visit Ghoom Monastery as well as Batasia Loop. Complete your breakfast and you are all set for experiencing the best glimpses of east India. The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Labong Rose Course, Podwaja Naidu Zoological Garden, a ropeway ride, Tenzing Rock Lal Kuthi, Happy valley tea estate; you’ll find each of these places as fascinating as the other. You may spend the evening relaxing in the hotel.

• Day 4 : Darjeeling – Gangtok

  Set out for Gangtok after breakfast. At Gangtok simply check in at the hotel we have booked for you. After the journey in the morning, relax in the afternoon or go shop hopping or simply immerse yourself in the scenic beauty of the place.

• Day 5 : Gangtok

  There are several places of interest in Gangtok. After you complete your breakfast, head for the most beautiful spots of tourist attraction; Botanical Garden, Chorten Stupa, Rumtek Monastery, Institute of Tibetology, Flower Show, Cottage industry, Nam Nang View Point.

• Day 6 : Gangtok

  If you like the chill, waste no time after completing your breakfast and head straight for the famous Tsomgo (popularly known as Changu) lake which remains frozen for almost 9 months of the year. It is at a height of 12,000 ft above the sea level. Return to the hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening on the hills.

• Day 7 : Gangtok – Pelling

  Set out for Pelling after breakfast. Check in at our pre booked hotel once you arrive at Pelling. Spend the afternoon discovering Pelling at your own pace.

• Day 8 : Pelling

  Enjoy your breakfast prepare yourself for an eventful day visiting sites to get glimpses of east India. After you visit the Pemayangsle Monastery, Kanchan Dezonga Falls, Rabdanse Palace Ruins, Rimbi Falls and Kechapalri Lake; return to your hotel in the evening and relax.

• Day 9 : Pelling – N. Jalpaiguri – Delhi

  After having your breakfast head for the NJP rail station and take the overnight train to Delhi.
  Note that you may also opt for the flight from Bagdogra to fly to Delhi.
  You may be overjoyed with your trip and want the vacation to continue a lifetime; like several other tourists feel! However, though the tour will come to an end, surely you’ve got the magnificent glimpses of east India and have memories that you’ll cherish for long.
