Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station – Darjeeling (Approx - 80 kms 3 hrs)

Assistance on arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station and transfer to Darjeeling ‘The Queen of the Hills’. Check-in to your hotel on arrival. Rest of the day free or can be spent at the Mall (Chowrastha). Overnight in Darjeeling.
Day 2 : Darjeeling - Sightseeing

After breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of Darjeeling covering - Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee selfhelp Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), and Japanese Peace Pagoda. Return to hotel. Post Lunch continue sightseeing tour to Rock Garden & Ganga Maya Park. Evening free at own. Overnight in Darjeeling.

Day 3 : Darjeeling – Sightseeing - Gangtok (Approx – 110 kms 4 hrs)

Early Morning (at 04:00 am) visit to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzonga (28,208 ft. Worlds third highest peak), on your way back to hotel we see Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast take the transfer to Gangtok “The Capital of Sikkim”. Check-in to your hotel on arrival. Rest of the day free or at own. Overnight in Gangtok.
Day 4 : Gangtok - Sightseeing

After breakfast embark on a half day local sightseeing tour of Gangtok covering Rumtek Monastery, Dro-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Handicraft Centre, and Flower Show. Afternoon free or at own. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 5 : Gangtok - Sight seeing (Approx – 52 kms)

Post breakfast embark on an excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial (13200 ft). Overnight in Gangtok.
Day 6 : Gangtok – Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station ( Approx - 130 kms 4 hrs)

Post breakfast take the departure transfer to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station for your onward journey.

Used the services of INB Vacations when i visited India for the first time in 2010. Mr Thakur and his team were very good in looking after us ........ in the planning stages Mr Thakur was very prompt in responding to all correspondence and also very flexible in accommodating all our needs. He chopped and changed the itineraries until we got it down to a tee. The execution of the trip was also on point.....as with everything ....there were a couple minor hiccups through no fault of the company or their staff but all were resolved efficiently, professionally and very promptly. I was so happy with their services ..... i thoroughly enjoyed my trip to India the first time round ..... i returned after 2 years in 2012 and once again without a second thought got in touch with INB Vacations to help sort out my package including accommodation and travel arrangements. Even the second time and his team exceeded our expectations.
