Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport - Darjeeling

  On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Darjeeling. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. The evening is free for leisure. Over night stay at hotel in Darjeeling.

• Day 2 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts) at around 3:45am for viewing sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (if the weather is favorable), Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast at hotel you will depart for half day local sightseeing of Darjeeling. This includes Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (closed on Sunday), Peace
  Pagoda. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling - Gangtok Sightseeing

  After breakfast at a hotel you will be transferred to Gangtok. After reaching, you will be taken to a half day city tour of Gangtok. This includes Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Research Institute of Tibetology, Dro-drul Chorten (Stupa, built by the venerable Trulshi Rimpoche, head of the Nyingma order of Tibetan Buddhism, in 1945), Flower Show, White Hall, Enchey Monastry. Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 4 : Excursion to Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir

  After breakfast at the hotel you will depart for full day sight seeing of Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir Return to Gangtok in the evening for an overnight stay at hotel.
  Tshangu Lake
  After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way from Gangtok) & Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) (no entry for foreigner national, they are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake). Situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 5 : Gangtok - NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport

  After breakfast at hotel transfer to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. As you go home let the everlasting memory of the radiant Himalayas and this beautiful serene place linger in your mind and prompt you now and again to revisit this place.
