Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra To Darjeeling

  Meet and greets at airport and transfer to Darjeeling Known as the Queen of the Hills, Darjeeling is one of the most famous hill stations in the world. Check-in at the hotel and enjoy the evening free, you can visit Nightingale Park by walking, overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Early in the morning before dawn at 4 am proceed to Tiger Hill to watch the breathtaking sunrise and its reflection rays over the Kanchenjunga Ranges. On the way back Visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery back to hotel at 7 am. After Freshen up and breakfast at the hotel 9 am After breakfast Visit to Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park, Rope way ride, Tenzing Rock, Tea Garden, Japanese Temple, Refugee self help centre afternoon individual activities, evening visit Nightingale Park by walking overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling To Gangtok and Sightseeing

  After Breakfast transfer to Gangtok 4 hours drive, check in Hotel after afternoon visit Banjhakri water fall, Chorten Stupa, Ropeway, Flower show and Sikkim Handicraft, evening visit M.G.Marg and individual activities overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Full day excursion to Lake and Baba Mandir

  In the morning, go on full day excursion trip to, Tsongmo Lake (12400 ft), and Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir which is only 32 km. from Gangtok, the lake is about 1 km long, oval in shape and 15 meters deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people. Spend the evening at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity.
• Day 5 : Gangtok To Lachung

  Morning at around 10:00 A.M. - transfer to Lachung 6 hours. En-route visit Seven Sisters Water Falls, Singhik view point from where one can get one of the most spectacular and close views of Mt. Khancendzonga and its ranges. on the way lunch, Tea break at Chugthang-sub-divisional town of North Sikkim 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Arrival at Lachung stay.
• Day 6 : Lachung-Yumthang-Lachung

  Morning after Breakfast excursion trip to Yumthang Valley 24 km. from Lachung at 11800 ft.Its known as valley of flowers - with marvelous blend of flora & fauna and hot springs and after Lunch visit Lachung Gumpa, and village tour by walking overnight stay at Lachung.

  After breakfast transfer to Gangtok 6 hours drive and overnight stay evening free for indicial activities.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Dear Guest/ travelers, you are requested to fill booking form in details with arrival-departure schedule and destination want to cover mentioning number of person with age of all. We will work out on total package cost of your modified tour itinerary and mail to you, after confirmation of your customized tour itinerary 50% amount has to be paid in advance and rest has be to paid after check in at first destination of hotel.

After making advance payment,we will immediately send you hotel confirmation vouchers with address details and advance payment receipt.

During booking/query kindly provide proper phone no.and address and email i.d.

BOOKING POLICY/ CONFIRMATION
50% advance is to be paid to confirm the booking. we will mail you advance acknowledgement receipt of payment and Hotel booking vouchers by mail or courier.

Balance payment is to be made at the time of first hotel check in.

PAYMENT
Out station cheques are accepted at the time of confirm of booking and will confirm the same after crediting the amount or can pay by online transfer/ E-banking.

For the settlement of final payment, out station cheques is accepted if issued in advance time of 8 days prior to your departure/Check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Before 15 days of arrival time 20% of total amount
Before 1 week of arrival time 30% of total amount
Before 6-12 hours of arrival time 60% of total amount
With 4 hours of arrival time 80% of total amount

CONVEYANCE/TRANSPORT FACILITY TERMS AND CONDITION
Conveyance/vehicle will be deployed on point to point service as per itinerary as same vehicle will not be allowed to all the places, we need to change the vehicle as in Darjeeling West Bengal permit vehicle and in Sikkim Local permit vehicles, North Sikkim and Tsongo Lake of different permit vehicles.
In case delay arrival at ariprt/NJP / Pick up point 6 hours and more waiting charges will be levied for the time.
In case delay arrival at airport/NJP /pick up point 10-12 hours full pick up charges will be levied of the day and in case of night halt charges will be extra.
In case of No-show on arrival date full day pick up charges will be levied of that day.

In case of breakdown of vehicle/Machinery fault arises during your journey which is not repairable then we will change the vehicle, time permitted.

IMPORTANT FOR GANGTOK
Kindly arrange to carry /provide 2 passport size photograph of each person for Tsongmo Lake/ permit and 2 each for if you are visiting Lachen or Lachung permit and 2 copies of photocopies i.d.proof of each person. (Pan Card not accepted).
All these documents packets mentioning name, age and address need to courier in advance time to obtain restricted and Protected area permit. On none availability of document we will not be responsible for delay departure for the destination of restricted and protected area.

CLOTHING:
Winter: October-November-December,January and Mid- of February: Heavy woolen clothes are required.
Summer: Mid-of February to September Light woolen clothes are required.Best time for Flowers lovers.
Snow fall period: 1st.week of Jan to Mid- of March.Best time for Snow lovers.
