Day 1 : Arrival At New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (njp) / Bagdogra Airport (ixb) and Transfer to Darjeeling

Arrival At New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (njp) / Bagdogra Airport (ixb) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus (junction) & Transfer to Darjeeling - Our Representative Will Be There to Receive the Guest At New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (njp) / Bagdogra Airport (ixb) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (junction) - He Will Assist Guest for the Forwarding Journey to Darjeeling (100 Kilometers, 3 Hours) – Situated At An Elevation of 2123 Meters / 70001 Feet, the Land of Breathtaking Beauty, Amidst Rolling Tea Gardens, Crowned By the Majestic Himalayas – this International Destination is Popularly Known as the Queen of the Hills - Jewel in the Crown of the Eastern Himalayas with Mesmerizing Beauty Offers Spectacular Views of the Mount Everest, Mount Kanchendzonga and the Rest of Spectacular Himalayan Range - Darjeeling Himalayan Railway is One More Attraction – Reach Darjeeling and Check Into the Hotel - in the Evening One is Free to Stroll Around Mall / Local Market - Over Night Stay At Darjeeling

At About 4:00 am Drive to Tiger Hills, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, War Memorial – Back to Hotel for Breakfast and Next - Tenzing Rock, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Lebong Race Course, Ropeway, Gorkha Stadium, Gorkha Handicraft, Tibetans Refugee Center, Tea Garden - Lunch At Hotel or On the Way - Japanese Peace Pagoda, Natural History Museum, Ava Art Gallery, Lal Kothi, Rock Garden and Ganga Maiya Park Bare Sightseeing Spot and Can Be Visited as per the Days Program – Sightseeing Places are Dynamically Set Depending Upon the Road Condition and Time Factors – It is Not Possible to Visit all the Places But the Important Ones are Covered for the Satisfaction of Guests with Suffiecient Time (example Hmi & Zoological Park Requires Minimum 01&1/2 Hour) – Evening Free to Roam Around the Any of the Hundred Nurseries or the Local Market Area - Overnight Stay At Darjeeling
Day 3 : EXCURSION TO MIRIK

Early morning breakfast – Next start for the 32 kilometers drive via Nepal border to Mirik – It’s a two hours drive - Mirik is a quiet town between Siliguri and Darjeeling - It is known for its secluded charm, Beautiful Tea Gardens, Samendu Lake, Orange Orchards, Cardamom Plantation and its pleasant Climate - The drive is scenic and so is the place both attracts tourist in hordes – Halt at Seemana for view for viewing of Mount Kanchendzonga - Activity like boating in the lake is also in the card for guest - On the way visit Pashupati Market in Nepal - Drive back to Darjeeling nearly 32 kilometers and 1 ½ - 2 hour’s drive - Back to Hotel – Late evening free to stroll around Mall or visit some of the pub, Eateries, studio or bakery with cafeteria – Night halt at Darjeeling

NOTE :

Meal Plan: CP (Breakfast), MAP (Breakfast & Dinner), AP (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Hotel & Room provided will be either the one mentioned in the itinerary or similar category.
Keeping in mind the closing day for sightseeing schedule/room availability itinerary can be changed without prior notice.

Please carry the identity proof along with 4 passport size photos per person so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit. (All traveller including child)

Permit also require for travelling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof. (All traveller including child-School Id or Birth Certificates)

Most of the vehicle for North Sikkim do not have Carrier, so kindly carry few luggage due to remote area & rough road.

The above price is validate for 7 Days (including the date of issue) / Last day of the month.

Nathula :

Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited permits are issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. It is open only on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all guests travelling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir.

It is mandatory that all guests should carry photo proof identity card such as voter id card / passport and passport size photograph.

In Lachung & Lachen :

•   All the packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok.
•   Packages are available with all meals at hotel only (way meals Guest has to pay their own).
•   Hotels available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
•   No room heating systems are provided in the rooms in hotels due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides hot water bags.
•   There is no telephone landline connection.
•   Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to make do with candle light.
•   Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.

Note : Excursion to Katao & Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional & subject to availability of permit, which the guest can avail with an extra cost payable directly to the driver.

• We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
•   Non A/c Indica / WagonR / Alto / Santro for 1-3 Pax including child.
•   Non A/c Sumo / Max for 4-8 pax including child.
•   Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 4-6 pax including child.
•   Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 06 Pax.
•   If guest are booked for luxury vehicle Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera will be provided as per availability.

Child Policy :

• Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
• Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mentioned in cost
• Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per (EPSR)

Essentials :

Basic personal items to be carried includes, feather jacket & heavy woollens during winter and light woollens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
Advice guest to bring heavy woollens if traveling to Lachung/North Sikkim as this area is cold throughout the year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Flights / Trains being late and guests not being able to reach as per schedule is not in our control. Guests will have to pay as per the bookings made.

Cancellation charges as applicable. No refund is admissible if a tour is cancelled or altered at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities which are beyond human control.

We or our associates will not be responsible for any civil/political disturbances, strikes/bandhs, theft, accidents, natural calamities, other such incidents beyond human control and any kind of health complications / injuries of any of the guests.

In a hilly area scarcity of water & electricity is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living & have learnt to live even without electricity in case of Load Shedding. Guests are requested to cope with any such problem faced during the tour. To overcome this problem certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.
