Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Njp Railway Station | (Ixb) Bagdogra Airport – Gangtokdarjeeling 05 Nights | 06 Days Tour

  Upon arrival, you will be met by our office representative, who will assist you to board the vehicle to Gangtok (Capital of Sikkim | 125 Kms. |04 to 05 Hrs.). Check in and night stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Tsongmo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion

  After breakfast proceed for full day excursion to Tsongmo Lake (12400 ft | 40 kms | 02 to 03 hrs one way) It is a glacial lake which perfectly syncs with the mountains, forming together an ultimate nature beauty. Further proceed to Baba Mandir (16 kms), built in the memory of Indian Soldier Harbhajan Singh, who is said to have disappeared in the border area during his duty. Since then Soldier Harbhajan was never seen in person but many believed that he still reported for his duties. Soldier Harbhajan is officially given retirement by the Government but the story of his legends is still remembered today. Back to Gangtok and overnight at the hotel.

  Nathula is a Indo China Border and can be opted by paying a supplement cost which varies month to month.
  NOTE FOR INDIAN VISITOR AND VISITING PROCEDURE
  In order to visit Tsongmo Lake, getting permit from Sikkim Tourism is mandatory. The following documents are required in order to procure permit
  03 Passport size photograph & 03 Photocopies of valid ID proof issued by the Govt. Of India (Pan card not accepted)
  Traveller having with any kind of medical history are to take proper measures before visiting this place. The oxygen level in the area is very thin and it also lacks in providing proper medical facilities. However in case of emergency the Army Personal are always ready to help.

• Day 3 : Gangtok - Kalimpong

  After breakfast go for full day sightseeing visiting Do-Drul Chortern, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Remains closed on Sunday), Ban Jhakri Water Falls. Afternoon transfer to Kalimpong (85 Kms | 03 Hrs). Check in and night stay at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Gangtok - Kalimpong

  Starting time 0900 hrs, after breakfast visit Dello Hills, Mangal Dham, Durbin Dara, Dr. Graham Homes Flower Nurseries (Closed During Exams & Authority Decision) Afternoon transfer to Darjeeling (Queen of Hills | 80 Kms. | 03 Hrs.) Check in and night stay at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Darjeeling

  Today your day starts at around 04:30 am, visiting Tiger Hill (15 kms | 45 mins one way), the highest peak of the area from where the view of sunrise is most spectacular. You will be greeted by the first ray of the sun creeping behind the Himalayas. As the sun rises from the horizon and Mt. Khanchendzonga changes its color (subjected to clear weather). While returning visit Ghoom Monastery, one of the oldest monastery in Darjeeling. Outside this monastery you can also find local handicraft and handloom products being sold by the local women, trying to keep alive the Gorkhali tradition and support their family. And also visit Batasia Loop, this is the place where the World Famous Heritage Toy Train take a 360 degree turn like no other train in the world. There is a garden where The Gorkha Soldier Statue is erected at the centre, dedicating all the Gorkha Martyrs. Back to hotel for freshen up and breakfast.
  After breakfast proceed for sightseeing visiting panoramic view of Happy Valley Tea Estate, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Remains closed on Thursdays), Tenzing & Gombu Rock (Rock Climbing on direct payment basis), Ropeway (Direct payment for ticket and vehicle detention charges as well), Tea Garden and Japanese Temple Peace Pagoda. Night stay at the hotel.

  • Hotspots : Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park
  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys, Mountaineering, Rock Climbing

• Day 6 : Goodbye To Darjeeling With Great Memories – Njp Railway Station | (Ixb) Bagdogra Airport

  Today after breakfast you will be transferred to NJP Railway Station | (IXB) Bagdogra Airport (90 Kms | 03 to 04 Hrs.) for your connecting journey to your home sweet home.
