Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : New Jalpaiguri / Bagdogra to Darjeeling

Meet & greet at NJP station / Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Darjeeling (3-4hrs journey) via private vehicle. Evening for leisure.

Day 2 : Full Day Darjeeling Sight Seeing

Payment Terms & Methods : * 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

Other Terms & Conditions :• Rates valid for Indian Nationals only.
• Please carry valid photo Id proof (Voters card / Driving License) & 02 copies of passport size photo to go to Tsomgo Lake.
• Rate is non-commissionable and net payable to us.
• Rooms / Vehicle are subject to availability & are not on hold.
• Cancellation charges as applicable.
• Extra Person / Child with Bed (CWB) sharing the room shall get mattress & not bed.
• Lifts are not available in these areas & guest should be prepared to climb a few stairs.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal.
• Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence gusts should wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
• From 8 AM – 7 PM within Gangtok city only local taxies are allowed. Hence guests have to commute from hotel to taxi stand and vice versa of their own if our vehicle cannot reach the hotel.
• Management is at liberty to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or bandh, security reason etc.
• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
• There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be the reason.
• Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc. will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly
• What to carry (Dress & other) - Sikkim & Darjeeling is a hilly area & change is weather is a regular happening. Nights are cold and the sunshine is very bright during the day hence please carry---
