Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Katherine Gorge, Canoeing and More

  Day 1 is the commencement of the journey south to Alice Springs. We pick you up from your hotel at 6am and after travelling south we land at Katherine Gorge, where we canoe, hike or take a boat cruise (at own expense) up the famous gorge that is bound by picturesque sandstone cliffs. We drive a little further after Katherine Gorge before arriving at our campsite at Mataranka Hot Springs.

• Day 2 : Mataranka Hot Springs, Outback Cattle Station

  Today, day 2 of your 3 day adventure in the Northern Territory starts with swimming in the Mataranka Hot Springs, an amazing place with thermal pools in a lush oasis fringed by paperbark trees. We visit the Daly waters Pub, a local watering hole that is a must do on any trip to the "Territory". Enjoy a beer as the olden day explorers and drovers did in days gone by and enjoy learning a little bit of history with an outback experience. We finish the day at the Banka Banka Cattle station where we camp.

• Day 3 : Devils Marbles and Alice Springs

  Day 3 is our final day of travel, on this awesome last day we pass through Tenant Creek, we visit the Devils Marbles (Karlu Karlu) which are a collection of granite boulders balancing on top of one another and look amazing. We cross the Tropic of Capricorn and head into the bottom 20% of the NT, arriving a short time later at approximately 5.30pm in Alice Springs ready to rejoin civilisation. This is the end of our awesome adventure.
