Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Mussoorie ( 300 Kms )

  Welcome to Delhi our executive will assist you at the Delhi railway station / Airport. He will take you to Mussorrie via Dehradun. On the way visit sahastradhara ( Mini waterfall & river ). After that drive to Mussoorie. Check in at the hotel & rest day visit mall road. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Meals & Drinks : Dinner

• Day 2 : Mussorrie ( Local Sightseeing )

  Morning breakfast after that drive to George Everest, Kempty Waterfall, Company Garden & Lal Tibba. in the evening come back to the hotel & Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Mussoorie - Delhi ( 300 Kms )

  Morning breakfast after that drive to Delhi with everlasting memories.

Payments

• • Initial Deposit: 25% of the total package.
  • On confirmation: 25% (advance) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation
  • Re-confirmation:25% (2nd instalment) should be deposited 25 – 20 days before tour starts
  • Service Voucher: 25 % (3rd instalment) should be deposited between 10-05 days before the tour starts.
  • Note:- Confirmation will be sent to guest in next 24 hrs after depositing of the amount.

  • Details required for Confirmation.
  • Please provide the following details along with your booking request:

  • Payment Mode: Payments can be remitted through any of the following modes and is subject to a realization:

Other Terms & Conditions :

• Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. In case of room, type is not mentioned, the calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.


• Transportation as per itinerary only.


• The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost.


• The above package rate is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends, Christmas and New Year.


• Think Go Travels will provide an alternate or similar category of hotel in case the hotel mentioned in the program is not available.


• The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.


• Think Go Travels reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.


• Think Go Travels does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, and personal expenses.  During the Journey, if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.


• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on the availability of hotels mentioned.


• In Case of non-availability of room in a chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.


• Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.


• Any Natural calamities Think Go Travels will not be liable for the same.


• Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest as per the hotel policy.


• No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.


• All buffet meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.


• Think Go Travels will not be liable for any kind of harm during the times of activities. We provide vehicles for sightseeing only not for relatives visiting. If the guest will do this, Then the driver can leave client during the time of travel & guest will have to pay complete vehicle charges.

 Cancellation Policy:-  

• Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.


• Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.


• Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within the week to the date of arrival.


• If the booking is cancelled 30 days before 25% of the total package will be charged


• No shows and early departures- 100% of the entire day.     

Amendment:

• Amendment of the booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made to the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
