Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Mussoorie

  On arrival at Dehradun Railway station, depart for Mussoorie by road. Mussoorie: with its green hills and varied flora and fauna, is a fascinating hill station. It offers a wonderful view of the Himalayan snow ranges to the north-east and the Doon Valley, Roorkee, Saharanpur and Haridwar to the South, creating an almost serene atmosphere for the tourists. On arrival, check in at hotel. Evening is at leisure. Dinner and Overnight at hotel.

• Day 2 : Mussoorie

  After breakfast, visit Kempty Falls: 15 kms from Mussoorie on the Yamunotri Road is the most fascinating and the biggest waterfall, Kempty located in a beautiful valley of Mussoorie. Late afternoon, enjoy a thrilling ropeway ride to Gun Hill: the second highest peak of Mussoorie (2122 mts). The peak offers a panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges and Kulri market. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 3 : Mussoorie - Nainital

  After Breakfast,proceed to Nainital by road. Evening arrive Nainital and check in at hotel. Nainital is perched atop the Kumaon Hills at an altitude of 1,938 m above sea level. It is the headquarters of the Nainital District, located in the state of Uttaranchal in north India. Nainital is a mystical land, with its lovely lakes, a view of distant snow capped peaks, toasty weather and adventure beckons you. The season is never a reason to visit this quaint hill station. Each season brings a fresh look. It is cold and silent in winters, green and chirpy in summers, bright and colourful in spring. • Day 4 : Nainital

  After breakfast, Proceed on a full day local tour, visiting Naini Lake: The nucleus of Nainital’s exquisite beauty is this beautiful lake. In the day, mirrored in its waters stand seven proud hills, dotted with pretty cottages and villas .The Lake offers ample opportunity for yachting, boating or paddling the boat. The north end of lake is called Mallital while the southern one is called Tallital which have a bridge (Danth popularly named) having Gandhiji's statue and post office on its sides; the Mall; One can enjoy a ride on the Aerial Ropeway: It is one of the main attractions of Nainital. This ropeway connects Snow-View Point (at 2270 Mts.) with Nainital. Aerial ropeway starts at Mallital , there are two trolleys to carry passengers .It takes approx. 151.7 seconds to cover one way journey by trolley ); Overnight at hotel.
• Day 5 : Nainital - Kausani

  After breakfast proceed to Kausani is a destination for Himalayan tourists.It is located 53 km North of Almora. The altitude of this place is about 1890 mts.This place offers a 350 km  view of the Himalayan peaks like Trisul, Nanda Devi and Panchchuli. There are very few places in the Himalayas which can compare with the beauty of Kausani - a picturesque hill station famous for its scenic splendor and its spectacular 300 km-wide panoramic view of the Himalayas. Kausani lies on the atop the ridge amidst dense Pine trees overlooking Someshwar valley on one side and Garur and Baijnath Katyuri valley on the other on Almora-Bageshwar-Didihat Highway. Mahatma Gandhi called this place the 'Switzerland of India', due to similarity in landscape. On arrival Transfer and check inn at hotel , evening is at leisure , dinner and overnight stay at hotel.( Nainital – Kausani : 120 Kms / 3 ½ Hrs )

• Day 6 : Kausani - Corbett

  After breakfast proceed to Corbett ,there are invaluable experiences for adventurous and serious-minded wildlife buffs, photographers and anglers in Corbett National Park. Walking in some areas is permitted, but only when accompanied by a guide as direct encounters with the big cat is not an unusual event in this part of the world. Bird watching should be a favourite pastime as there are 580 species of birds, most of them of the migrant variety, which arrive here in winter. Some of the species that are quite regular are graylag, bareheaded goose, duck, grepe, snipe, sandpiper, gull and wagtail. The resident species include egrets, herons, the black-necked stork, darters, cormorants, and the spur-winged lapwings. For the daredevils, the park also has several reptile species with fish-eating, long-nosed crocodiles, a few species of turtles and tortoises, the Indian python, viper, cobra, krait and king cobra inhabiting the park.Overnight at Hotel.( Kausani – Corbett : 275 Kms / 7 ½ Hrs )

  Early morning after breakfast, check out of the hotel. Transfer to Delhi airport / railway station to depart for onward destination.
