Glacier City) – Alaska’s premier mountain town, Seward, Alaska – Alaska’s Coastal Gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park; Talkeetna, AK- Denali’s mountain climber’s launch town, and Denali- The High One. Visit two National Parks and enjoy the AK Railroad’s best summer trains.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Join Chugach Adventures to the incredible Spencer Glacier on the Spencer Iceberg & Placer River Float. Touch an iceberg and see guaranteed Alaskan Wildlife at the AWCC wildlife sanctuary. After your adventures we will shuttle you to your Girdwood Accommodation- The Luxurious Hotel Alyeska.
• Day 2 :

  Take this day to enjoy the little town of Girdwood, AK. Ride the Alyeska Aerial Tram for unforgettable views of the Turnagain Arm, and have a drink or lunch at the Bore Tide Deli. The rest of the day is up to you! Just relax, or take a hike in the northernmost rainforest in North America on the Winner Creek Trail.
• Day 3 :

  Ride the Coastal Classic AK Railroad Train to Seward in the morning, check into your Seward Hotel, and have the day to yourself in Seward, AK. Visit the Sealife Center, shop for unique souvenirs, taste Alaskan brews at the Seward Brewing Company, or look for sea otters in the Seward Boat Harbor.
• Day 4 :

  Enjoy a Glacier Cruise into Kenai Fjords National Park to view calving tidewater glaciers. Right after your glacier tour, the Coastal Classic Train will take you back to Anchorage. Rail & Kenai Fjords Cruise
  
  Overnight at the Downtown Ship Creek Comfort Inn, only 2 blocks from the AK Railroad Downtown Rail Station.
• Day 5 :

  Take the Denali Star Train to Talkeetna, best known as base camp for climbers attempting to summit Denali. Take a stroll down the main street for river views, local brews (Denali Brewing Company) and great food. Overnight in Talkeetna.
• Day 6 :

  Travel North on the Denali Star Train to Denali National Park. Visit the Denali National Park Visitor’s Center, located next to the Denali Train Depot. Enjoy 2 Days Exploring & 2 Nights Accommodations in Denali.
  
  On your day 6 enjoy a Visit to Jeff King’s Husky Homestead and meet some Alaska Sled Dogs.
• Day 7 :

  Travel North on the Denali Star Train to Denali National Park. Visit the Denali National Park Visitor’s Center, located next to the Denali Train Depot. Enjoy 2 Days Exploring & 2 Nights Accommodations in Denali.
  
  On your day 6 enjoy a Visit to Jeff King’s Husky Homestead and meet some Alaska Sled Dogs.
• Day 8 :

  Enjoy the morning and than hop aboard the Southbound Denali Star Train to make your return trip to Anchorage. Overnight in Anchorage.
