Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi to Dharamshala

  We'll start our journey from Delhi in the evening. Cab will pick you up and we'll head to Dharamshala. Overnight journey to Dharamshala.
• Day 2 : Arrive at Dharamshala

  Reach Dharamshala in the morning. Check-in at the hotel and have some rest. In afternoon, we’ll head out to explore the town – replete with Tibetan culture and the residence of his Holiness, The Dalai Lama. Set on a sightseeing tour of Dharamshala and first visit a quaint little town, Mcleodganj. At the start of Mcleodganj is a small bazaar filled with variety of Tibetan handicrafts and artifacts. At the end of the spur lies the Namgyal Monastery thus the entire day at Dharamshala will be full of tranquility and solace perfect for a rejuvenating sojourn to the hills. Return to hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 3 : Visit Palampur and Areas Around

  After breakfast and some leisure, we’ll head to Palampur – a green hill station in the Kangra Valley, surrounded on all sides by tea gardens and pine forests before they merge with Dhauladhar ranges. You can visit the Bundla stream, a lovely 2 km walk from Palampur. A wide chasm of more than 100 meters, it swells up and rises madly in monsoons taking stones and boulders along with it. On the way back, visit Norbulingka Institute and HPCA cricket stadium. Return to hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Head to Dalhousie (3-4 hrs. Journey)

  Check-out after breakfast and we'll continue our journey to Dalhousie in private vehicle. Reach Dalhousie in the afternoon where we'll head to visit the Satdhara Falls. The waterfall is set amidst hills and offers beautiful views of snow-covered mountains, surrounded by pine and Deodar trees. Head towards Panchpula, which is only a few kilometers away from here. In evening, check-in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 5 : Explore Khajjiar and Areas Around

  Post breakfast and some leisure, we'll head to Khajjiar, also known as Mini Switzerland of India. Take a stroll around the Khajjiar Lake, visit the Khajji Nag temple. Enjoy the serenity of the locations amidst the meadows. Enroute we’ll visit the Dainkund Peak, the highest peak in Dalhousie and popularly known as the singing hill. There is an Indian Air Force base at the peak of Dainkund and a left turn from there is the Pholani Devi Temple, which is the prime attraction. You can also visit the Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary - high altitude forest area located at an average elevation of 2,500 meters above sea level and offers stunning views of thick pine, deodar, and oak forests and a plethora of various fauna such as the Himalayan Black Bear, Pheasants, and Himalayan Black Marten. People normally prefer to walk up to Kalatop from Lakkarmandi (approx. 4 km from Kalatop) to take in the amazing views of the beautiful landscapes of Kalatop. Return to hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay. *Optional activities in Khajjiar (on your own) – Paragliding, Horse Riding, Zorbing, Rappelling, and River Crossing.

• Day 6 : Back to Delhi

  Check-out after breakfast and we'll start our journey back to Delhi. Reach Delhi late in the evening. End of trip.
