Highlights: This is a seven days safari starting from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru, lake naivasha and then finally in Amboseli National Park. You will start with visiting the Amboseli National park where you will be accommodated in a wheelchair friendly lodge; Sopa lodge and proceed to Lake Naivasha where you will stay at sawela Safari lodge before you head to Nakuru National Park.

Getting Around, Tracking wildlife in Africa is an incredible experience for anyone, and mobility issues need not be a bar to this unforgettable adventure. For anyone with mobility disabilities, we provide vehicles with easy access ramps. Our experienced driver/guides are always there to assist you.
We personally visit, check and approve accommodation to make sure that there is wheelchair access to all rooms, restaurants, common areas, game viewing platforms and beaches. We also ensure that rooms and even safari tents have individual access, accessible verandahs or decks, and accessible and functional en suite facilities for the disabled.

International Flight Charges.
Day 1 : Arrival - Nairobi
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by out tour manager who will brief you on your safari before you are transferred to your hotel at the sarova Stanley hotel.
Day 2 : Nairobi - Amboseli National Park
This morning, you begin your safari by driving down to the border between Kenya and Tanzania. Your destination is Amboseli, a park famous for large herds of elephant and its spectacular view of Mt Kilimanjaro; Amboseli is also famous for buffalo, antelope and the occasional hippo Dinner and over night at the Amboseli sopa lodge.
Set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, the glittering Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli sopa Safari Lodge enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national park. Secluded within a grove of acacia trees, the lodge looks out over the golden savannah plains, with uninterrupted views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Close by are a series of emerald green swamps, which are fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. This is the only sources of water in this otherwise starkly beautiful but arid park, attract huge numbers of wallowing elephants, hippos, buffalos and plains game. Meanwhile, from the prehistoric site of Observation Hill, the sunset over Kilimanjaro is magnificent.
Day 3 : Amboseli National Park
While Kilimanjaro is actually across the border in Tanzania, Amboseli has a perfect view of this world's tallest freestanding mountain, rising an impressive 5 kilometres above the plains. The best time to view the majestic mountain is at dawn and sunset, when the clouds lift and the light is both clear and soft.
As Amboseli is easily accessible, it forms a popular part of many of our safari itineraries. Amboseli is one of the smaller game parks in Kenya and the vegetation ensures that the animals are easy to spot. Lions can easily be found and can occasionally be watched stalking their prey. Day 4 : Amboseli Lake Naivasha
Depart in the morning and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley –to Lake Nakuru National Park making a brief stop at the great rift valley. Arrive at Lake naivasha sawela lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon, conduct a 'Spice' game drive. In addition, many species of game can be found in the Park including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, Waterbuck, Reed buck, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Baboon and many species of plains game.

Day 5 : Lake Naivasha
We take an optional boat ride. Alternatively, a nature view at Crescent Island is an excellent way to see wild animals while on foot. The Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, Vervet monkeys, hares, genet cats, waterbuck and giraffe. Or you may wish to lounge by the pool admiring the view of zebras, Giraffes and waterbuck just outside the fence.

Day 6 : Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru.
After break fast we depart to Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive will take two hours to flamingo lodge. Lake Nakuru National Park is home to Reticulated giraffes, waterbucks, black and white rhinos, buffalo, lions, leopards, and the shores of the lake itself is fringed by thousands of Flamingos s which feed on the Lake Nakuru's algae. Lunch will be taken at the Lake Nakuru Lodge, Sarova Lion Hill Lodge or similar. Afternoon safari game viewing around Lake Nakuru and the forest nearby. Return to Lake Nakuru Lodge, Sarova Lion Hill Lodge or similar for dinner and overnight.
Day 7 : Lake Nakuru
Early breakfast is followed by an exit safari game viewing drive in Lake Nakuru National Park.
Day 8 : Lake Nakuru - Nairobi
Early pre-breakfast game viewing drive. Breakfast at your accommodation unit.
You shall depart lake nakuru for Nairobi to arrive in the late afternoon.
End of Services.

Reservations and Payment:
When booking your holiday direct with Claudious Tours and Safaris or with your travel agent, please quote the tour number or your own specialized itinerary, intended date for arrival and departure, number of people traveling and sleeping arrangements. This will ensure that our arrangements are to your satisfaction. Gorilla trekking requires a minimum of 12 weeks advance booking. Children under 12 are not allowed to track chimpanzee and children under 15 are not allowed to trek the gorillas.
A 40% deposit is required 2 moths before intended departure with the balance to be settled 30days prior to commencement of the tour. We will receipt your money, thereby confirming your safari. If a reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the entire amount must be made at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations:
Full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs in writing 60 days prior to commencement of a safari. Refund on all pre-paid money will be based on cancellation fees levied by hotels and lodges. Generally there is a 50% charge on cancellation within 14-35days, 75% charge within 2 - 14 days, and 100% charge within 48 hours. We reserve the right to deduct all expenses incurred from money paid. Gorilla permits are non-refundable.
Alteration Of Tour:The right is reserved to alter any route or arrangement, to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour should the conditions necessitate. The right is also reserved to decline, accept or retain any member of a tour at any time. Should you fail to join a tour, join it after departure or leave prior to completion, no tour fare refund can be made.
Transfer Of Booking: In the event you are unable to extraordinary circumstances, we may transfer your booking to another party provided the arrangements remain the same and if suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) are all ready to accept the transfer. Gorilla permits are transferable in some instances.
Mode Of Payment: All prices are quoted in US Dollars. You may pay by cash or travelers cheque to Claudious Tours and Safaris, or your travel agent. Foreign currency cheques, Payment by credit card may be accepted subject to bank charges at the prevailing rate. Local currency can be accepted at the current dollar-buying rate.
Transport: Mode for transport utilized will be dependent on the number of clients and the route taken based on the specifications of the chosen itinerary. Fully trained and experienced English speaking driver / guides are provided.
Accommodation:
Based on twin bedded rooms or tents with private bathrooms where possible, Single rooms may be available with the payment of a supplement fee but can not always be guaranteed.
Tour Price: The prices quoted are inclusive of all transportation as per the itinerary, park entrance fees, permits where applicable, driver's allowances and full board accommodation. The rates are not inclusive of accommodation and meals while in town, traveler's insurance, local departure taxes, visa fees gratuities, sodas and alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, laundry and other personal expenses.
Traveller's Insurance:
You are advised to buy travel insurance through your agent before coming to East Africa, but local evacuation coverage is available in the unlikely event of a medical emergency while out in the bush. Please request this at the time of booking.
Liability: All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Claudious Tours and Safaris and its agent act only as agents of the passengers in all matters relating to hotel/lodge accommodations, tours transport, etc. and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage in any manner whatsoever. Claudious Tours and Safaris reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or part of the services agreed to be supplied. The respective laws of the countries visited govern Claudious Tours and Safaris's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of action arises. Finally, whilst every care is taken, Claudious Tours and Safaris cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage.
Viewing Animals: When it comes to game viewing, please be advised there are no guarantees. It is a privilege to see animal in their natural habits. Take only a photograph; leave only a footprint. A gorilla permit guarantees you will trek gorillas to their location but does not guarantee that the gorilla be in plain sight.
