Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi, Delhi Sightseeing

  You will be picked up in the morning/ afternoon from Delhi Railway Station /Airport from Pretty Planet Travels representative and transfer to the hotel. Rest and relax !
  Then, proceed to the sightseeing of Delhi including Parliament house, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Cannuaght Place, and Red Fort.
  Evening at your own leisure.
  Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

  • Hotspots : India Gate

• Day 2 : Delhi to Agra, Agra Sightseeing (235 km -4 hrs one way)

  Early departure to Agra, visit The Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, do shopping at Agra for the local handicrafts and clothing. Evening back to Delhi hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

  • Hotspots : Taj Mahal, Agra Fort

• Day 3 : Delhi to Shimla (380 km – 8 hrs approx)

  After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Drive to Shimla. Check in at the hotel and relax for some time. Overnight stay is arranged in Shimla.

• Day 4 : Shimla Kufri Sightseeing

  Savour the breakfast and enjoy an excursion to Kufri. Here, you can visit Chini Bungalow and the zoo. Enjoy horse and yak riding in the apple orchids. Spend the rest of the day leisurely and explore the place. Overnight stay is arranged at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Shimla-Manali (240 km / 5 hours)

  Savour the breakfast and drive to Manali. Explore the natural beauty as you pass by Kullu valley, Beas River, Dashehra maidan etc. On the way, visit Kullu region of Himachal Pradesh. On arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. Explore the various places or visit Mall Road in Manali for the rest of the day. Overnight stay is arranged at the hotel, in Manali.

• Day 6 : Manali Sightseeing

  Savour the breakfast and take a walk through the town and visit Buddhist Monastery, Hadimba Devi temple and Vashist hot springs. Enjoy shopping in the evening at the Mall road. Dinner and overnight stay is arranged at the hotel, in Manali.

• Day 7 : Manali - Solang Valley

  Savour breakfast and enjoy a full day tour of Solang Valley. Paragliding can be done at Solang Valley. Enjoy a helicopter ride through the snow-capped mountains. Overnight stay is arranged at the hotel, in Manali. Note: Optional adventure activities at Solang Valley include paragliding, yak riding, horse riding, mountain bike and rope way.
  Dinner and overnight at hotel.

• Day 8 : Manali to Delhi Departure (540 km - 12+ hrs)

NOTE - AC Shall not work on hills. And if same hotel is not available, we shall provide similar category of hotel.

IMPORTANT PACKAGE AND PAYMENT NOTES :

• The above air packages are made on the basis of the special fare and rates taken from the respective airlines and hotels. Once confirmation is made no amendments are possible without incurring cancellation charges. The airline tickets once issued are non refundable.


• Kindly note that the quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Till advance payment is received all your reservations are on tentative basis.


• Within two working days of receiving an advance payment, customer is given confirmation over the email. The confirmation vouchers shall be given on receipt of complete payment.


• For the cheque payments, the documents will be processed or delivered once the amount is credited in our account.


• Our cheque bounce charges are Rs.1000/-


• Cash deposit in our banks will attract surcharge of 1% on the deposited amount.


• Cost does not include expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail/flight/vehicle delays , cancellations, strikes , natural calamity, political disturbance etc.

• Between 29 to 1 days before departure: 100%

Cancellation Policy

• From 05 Jan 2017 to 31 Dec 2017


• 30 or more days before departure: 25%


• Between 29 to 15 days before departure: 50%


• Between 14 to 7 days before departure: 75%


• Between 6 to 1 days before departure: 100%

Terms & Conditions

• Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.


• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.


• The identification proofs accepted are driving license, voters card, passport and ration card. Without valid ID proof, the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.


• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the itinerary / package and in case of air-conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off while visiting the hills.


• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.


• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.


• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Pretty Planet Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.


• In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.


• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal).


• The distance mentioned in the itinerary is correct, however, travel time depends on traffic and road condition.


• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.


• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.


• The package cannot be combined with any other offer.


• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies.


• The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.

• Pretty Planet Travels reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice. This booking is not valid on long week vacations, festival season, peak season or any other occasional season etc. Please refer our booking office for booking in the mentioned seasons at


• We reserve the right to use an alternate accommodation or airfare of an equal standard.


• If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.


• Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.


• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through credit or debit Card or Master card or VISA card will be applied @ 3.5 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through net banking will be applied @ 4 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through American express/JCB/cash card will be applied @ 5 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• Bookings once confirmed can be requested by customer for cancellation, charges for which shall be advised at that time. In the event of cancellation of the tour package on any grounds whether due to uncontrollable factors like natural calamities, political strikes etc., and the initial advance deposit shall be forfeited.


• All disputes are subject to Dharamsala jurisdiction court only.


• No refunds after issuing of this confirmation.


• In case of cancellation/postponed or no show the guest will be liable to pay the full amount as per our booking plan.


• Accommodation shall be provided only for dates confirmed. No refunds for unused nights. Postponement amounts to cancellation.


• No refunds in full or part for any service provided due to technical or other reasons beyond our control.


• Non-refundable / non-transferable. All Disputes are subject to Dharamsala court jurisdiction only.
