TRIP ITINERARY
8:30 / 13:30 Meet your English-speaking local guide at your Chiang Mai hotel and drive through the city to the western mountain range.

We drive up the winding road of Doi Suthep Mountain where we reach the Temple perched on the mountain slope. Wat Prathat Doi Suthep is one of the most important religious destinations in Chiang Mai and has a spectacular view over the city.

You can choose to climb the 309 steps to reach the temple or take a cable car to the top. Here you will see the marvelous golden pagoda which contains the relics of the Lord Buddha. Let your guide introduce you to the temple and show you some points of interest.

12:30 / 17:30 After the visit we can walk back to the car park and browse the souvenir shops before transferring back to your Chiang Mai accommodation.

Please note: Visitors must be appropriately dressed to enter the temple.If you are on the afternoon tour and the sky is clear, you can watch stunning views of Chiang Mai at sundown.
