Cancellations within 30hrs of the trip reporting time and date, 100% of the total cost will be charged and within 48hrs of the trip reporting time and date, 50% of the total cost will be charged. No Show 100% Charge. In the case of sickness we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands. If we cancel due to bad weather then you will not be charged. If a deposit has been taken, the money will be refunded if an alternate day cannot be agreed upon.
