On arrival to Paro international airport, the tour guide will receive and transfer to Thimphu for sightseeing at Memorial Chorten (Buddhist stupa), Takin Zoo...After that Lunch and drive to Punakha valley. On arrival to Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong. and check in hotel for overnight stay in Punakha.
Early morning breakfast, and after breakfast drive to Bumthang which would take about 8 hours. There will be a sightseeing on the way at Phobjikha valley which is regarded as the winter home for an endangered bird known as the “Black Naked Crane”. And also visit Gangtey Gompa which is an cient Buddhist monastery. After that continue drive to Bumthang and on arrival check in Hotel for dinner and over night stay.
After breakfast, sightseeing in Jakar Dzong which is an important fortress in Bumthang district. After that visit Kurjay Lhakhang and Jambay Lhakhang (oldest Buddhist temple in Bhutan). After that lunch will be served and after lunch, drive to Maybar Tsho which is regarded as the burning lake. The buring lake is a sacred Buddhist site. After sightseeing free time in Bumthang town, and drive to hotel for dinner and over night stay.
After morning breakfast, drive to Punakha valley. On arrival check in hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Punakha valley.
Early morning breakfast, after breakfast there will be a drive to Paro valley which would take about 3-4 hours. Lunch will be served on the way and on arrival to Paro valley...sightseeing in Paro Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang, check in hotel for dinner and over night stay.
After morning breakfast, drive to Paro Taksang base camp for a 4-5 hours hike (rountrip). Taksang monastery is one of the main highlights of Bhutan which is an ancients Buddhist temple located 800 meters above Paro valley and built on a vertical cliff. It is also a sacred site for Buddhists in Bhutan. Lunch will be served on the way and after the hike, visit Kichu Lhakhang which is also one of the oldest Buddhist temple in Bhutan. After that drive to Hotel for refreshment. Finally there will be a farm house visit where visitors will have a good experience about the traditional Bhutanese lifestyle. Dinner will be served in the farmhouse with traditional Bhutanese cuisine. Visitors will also have a chance to taste the traditional Bhutanese wine. After that drive to Hotel for overnight stay.
After morning breakfast transfer to airport for check in.
