Day 1 : Arrival at Paro
Pickup from airport (2200m altitude) after completing the airpprt formalities and drive to hotel at Paro Check into the hotel and after lunch; visit Ta Dzong, an ancient watchtower, which now houses the National Museum. Below the museum is the Paro Rimpung Dzong (meaning "Heap of Jewels", built by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. A short walk takes you to the base of the Dzong at the sight of cantilever bridge over Paro River. Overnight stay at Paro.
Day 2 : Paro to Jili Dzong
Distance 7km, 4-5 hours, campsite altitude 3480m
The first day can be quite arduous as guest(s) have to climb more than 1000m elevation. Start from the Ta-Dzong (National Museum) in Paro. The trek follows a gravel road, past a few farms for about 30 minutes and then climbs a steep ridge before leading through blue pine and fir forests to Damche Gom. After reaching at the ridge below Jili Dzong, enjoy descend about 100m to the campsite below the Dzong.
Day 3 : Jili Dzong to Jangchulakha
Distance 10km, 4-5 hours, campsite altitude 3770m.
Begin with a steep climb for about an hour and half, then the slope evens a bit and the ascedt is more gradual. The trail leads through alpine forests and dwarf rhododendron trees. Herders and their yaks might be seen around the campsite.
Day 4 : Jangchulakha to Jigmelang Tsho
Distance 11km, 4 hours, Campsite altitude 3870m.
The trail follows a ridge and on clear day the view of the mountains and valleys are simply stunning. The campsite is close to jigmelang Tsho. This lake is known for its giant sized trout.
Day 5 : Jigmelang Tsho to Simkotra Tsho
Distance 11km, 4 hours, Campsite altitude 4110m.
The trail leads through dwarf rhododendron trees and pass Jametso Lake. Guest(s) may come across some yak herder camps where they will have the opportunity to get a glimpse of nomad’s life. The campsite is close to Simkotra Tsho.
Day 6 : Simkotra Tsho to Phajoding
Distance 10km, 3-4 hours, Campsite altitude 3750m.
The day begins with a gradual climb. If the weather permits, guest(s) will have a spectacular view of mountain Gangkar Puensum, the highest mountain in Bhutan and several other Himalayan peaks. From this pass, the trek takes you downhill towards Phajodhing. The campsite is located just above Phajoding Monastery.
Day 7 : Phajodhing to Mothitang
Distance 4-5km, 3 hours.
After passing Phajoding monastery, the trek to Thimphu (Mothitang) is downhill through a forested area of mostly blue pine. The walk, at the leisurely pace takes about 3 hours.
Druk Path trek end at the Bhutan Broadcasting Service (BBS) and Telecommunication Tower, offering great view of the city of Thimphu.
Day 8 : Thimphu to Paro Airport.
After breakfast, drive to Paro airport for onward destination.

• 1 week prior to commencement of the tour program: 40% of the rates
• After arrival in Bhutan: 100% of the rates.
25% cancellation fee on air ticket(s) will be deducted, if cancelled one week prior to scheduled flight date.
