    • Rates are valid for new booking only and not valid for existing bookings

    • OK TO BOARD will be charged as per airline policy

    • Visa(75 usd/person) once applied is chargeable irrespective if issuance or rejection

    • Any service unutilized due to No Show or Late Amendment is 100%chargeable and cannot be re-arranged without charge

    • We need clear color scanned passport front and back copy and photograph for visa application, Documents should be saved by applicant's name

    • For updating OK TO BOARD message, the PNR should reach us atleast before 2 working days prior to departure of the client.

    • For updating OK TO BOARD message in Air Arabia, the PNR should reach us 4 working days prior to departure of the client.

    • Once Booked, Booking is non Refundable.
