Dubai being one of the seven emirates in the United Arab Emirates, is a dessert city with fabulous infrastructure and abundant policies which make it the most prominent and progressive emirate of the UAE. Dubai is a city for the superlatives that is, the tallest, the fastest, the biggest, the highest and the largest. With the largest immigrant population in the world, Dubai is the place for your shopping, sunbathing, partying, romantic dinner and a few other sinful pleasures. All though it is interesting to note that, Dubai has its weekly holidays on Friday and Saturday unlike in India where our government holidays are on Saturday and Sunday. Dubai has a sub-tropical climate with humid and hot summers with 42 degree Celsius in the day time and 28 degree Celsius in the night. A gentle reminder, Dubai is hot irrespective of the season.

Burj Khalifa: Being one of the most clichéd places to visit in Dubai, we do suggest you do not experience it the way Tom Cruise did in Mission Impossible. Either way, Dubai is a place you have to get to know before exploring it and the best way to do that is by standing on top of the burj khalifa and seeing the world for what it is in the fastest lift in the world and it only takes a few seconds. The most scintillating experience that there is.

Bastakiya Quarter: Amidst the skyscrapers lies the only historical place left in Dubai, the Bastakiya Quarter. A charming neighbourhood, built in the 1920’s by Persian traders is a spot where you can visit in for free. Truly a wonderful spot to visit.

Dubai Creek: One of Dubai’s most oldest and gorgeous place. For just one dirham, an abra ride on the Dubai creek is surely to get your emotions out and maybe compose a poem while you’re at it. Close your eyes and go back to the 60’s.

Burj Al Arab: One of the most iconic building in Dubai, it soars to a height of 321 meters. A luxurious place not suited for an average tourist. But wouldn’t harm anyone to pose for a picture with it in the background.

Ski Dubai: Yes, the deserted land has snow too. You can go for skiing with the help of an instructor or just go down and do your own thing. All equipment and clothing is been provided.

Desert Safari: After an exotic ride on a desert, watching the camels, experiencing the life changing heat and dreaming about your desert fantasies, get back to camp and have a nice barbeque or anything as you wish. And finally experience the pleasure which is too often forgotten these days, that is staring at the stars.Sightseeing not mentioned above.

• Day 1 : Dubai Arrival

  Arrival at Dubai International Airport, proceed to Dubai. From Dubai International Airport, Dubai is around 13 KM in distance and about 0 hours in travel time.
  Special Meet and Assist Service : Special Meet and Greet Services includes meet and greet on arrival by Guest Service Agent , refreshment and relaxation at the Ahlan Lounge whilst immigration formalities are completed by a dedicated immigration official present in the lounge, assistance with Duty Free shopping and exit from the Airport. The Guest Service Agent and Porter will remain with the passenger for maximum 10 minutes after exit from the Airport.

• Day 2 : Dubai to Dubai

  Half Day Dubai City Tour With Guide On SIC Trans : The emirate of Dubai is located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf and is one of the seven emirates that make up the country. Experience the historic sites and vibrant cosmopolitan life of Dubai on this comprehensive sightseeing tour of the city. The new and old of Dubai which is the business, leisure and sporting hub of the Middle East. It is the mystique of ancient Arabia shining alongside modern skyscrapers. Visit some of the city's most prominent landmarks like the famous Jumeirah Mosque. Jumeirah Mosque was built in 1979 designed in the style of Fatimi mosques in Egypt. Tourist wish to visit the mosques should wear appropriate clothing like trouser, long sleeves and scarf for ladies. Open for public only on Sunday andThursday. We stop at Jumeriah Public Beach, passing bay Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and stop for photo at Burj Al Arab the most luxurious and tallest standing hotel in the world. As we continue our journey and pass by the Sheikh's Mohamed palace, then take a short break by the creak to view the amazing architecture of Deira Towers. We then visit the fascinating underground Dubai Museum housed in the Al Fahidi Fort, built in 1800 from sea rocks and gypsum to defend the city. Inside, we feel the cooling effect of an old wind tower; wander past cabinets housing traditional khanjars (curved daggers) as well as musical instruments dated 300bcs. While in the basement you could view film of Dubai dated 1930’s, market life from 1950’s, desert life, and learn how the early pearl divers risked their lives for the bounty of the Gulf water. Experiencing the ancient Arabia meticulously recreated in the Bastakia-the oldest part of the city. Visit the aromatic Spice 'Souq'- a treasure trove of spices, and continue passing by the colorful textile market, and find ourselves amazed at the sheer volume of dazzling gold jewelry at Gold Souq.
  Sunset Desert Safari With Belly Dance & BBQ Dinner On SIC Transfers : Tour begins with an unforgettable roller coaster drive in the desert skimming over the magnificent Sand Dunes. Amidst all the fun and action we stop for pictures while we head towards Ali’s camel farm for a short visit. After which we proceed towards our camp with a stop en route to experience a memorable desert sunset. A traditional welcome awaits our guests with Arabic coffee, and tea and dates while the charcoal fires and the traditional oven is lit in preparation for our evening dinner. Take some time out to relax in our Arabic tents furnished with carpets and pillows for your comfort or chill out by the campfire. Get a henna tattoo or experience an unforgettable camel ride while we wait for the highlight of the evening which includes a Tannoura dance show and an exotic belly performance to the rhythmic beat of Arabia. Our evening ends with a delicious three course barbeque meal with a variety of meats and salads served beneath the starlit skies, accompanied by authentic Arabic music. After dinner we drive back to the back to the city.   Dubai Mall Aquarium & Underwater Zoo Entry Ticket With SIC Transport : Aquarium Tank The 10 million liter Dubai Aquarium tank, located on the ground level of the Dubai Mall, is one of the largest suspended aquariums in the world. Terms and Conditions

• PSG Travels, through its trusted network of destination managers, holds the responsibility of delivering the services and all the related operations - including the hotel booking, transportation arrangements, sightseeing and experiences, which are detailed as per the itinerary, subject to the price charged for.


• As a responsible booking platform, we performs necessary due diligence and conduct periodic quality check and acts as a reliable channel of trust between the service providers at each destination and travellers. However, we request the travellers to do their part as well in reading the review ratings of the hotels they are booking, beforehand to avoid any unpleasant incidents.


• The room inventory status is always dynamic in nature, due to which an availability check will need to be performed after receiving your advance payment.


• Please note the hotel check in time is at 2pm and check out time is at 12noon. Requests for any early check in and late check out is at hotel's discretion.


• Mandatory gala dinner charges are mandatory to be paid, for New Year (31st Dec) and Christmas eves (24th Dec) at all the hotels - to be paid by the travellers, in addition to the package cost.


• Package cost does not include any entry fees to museums, monuments, water sports or any other activity that you may avail directly at the destination.


• In the unlikely event of any change to the above itinerary from our end, we shall make the COMPLETE REFUND (100% of the advance paid) within 24 HOURS of receiving the payment.


• Scanned passport copies (first and last page) MUST be shared within 2hrs of Advance Payment. Any increase in flight fares after that need to be borne by the travellers if the passport copies are not shared in time. If passport is not available, full names of pax. as per passport is mandatory (PSG Travels is not responsible for any name mismatches between passport and tickets which might lead to denial of flight boarding). If passport has been just applied, copy of the application is needed to book the tickets/hotels.


• Our liability is limited if the tour/transport is disrupted in the event of fires, explosions caused by earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, floods termed as an Act of GOD; in the event of hostilities, war or to be declared war, invasion of foreign enemies, embargo, rebellion, riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs, revolution or civil war, or acts or threats of terrorism, radio activity leak due to nuclear fuel etc. No compensation can be given as the circumstances are beyond our control / authority.


• Payment Terms:


• 20% to be paid, as booking advance, to initiate the bookings


• 50% to be paid, within 5 days of booking, after which the Booking Confirmation Receipt (BCR) and flight tickets (if any), will be shared online


• 30% to be paid, 20 days prior to the date of arrival.


• For travel dates of less than 20 days, the interim and final payments will have to be completed immediately after the Booking Intimation (BI) is shared.


• All the payments can be made online or offline. The check-in to the hotel, will be subject to the successful payment and updation of the same in our platform.


• o  Online: Using payment gateway


• o  Offline: By bank deposit or NEFT, to PSG International Travels bank account


• If the balance payment is not complete and status is not updated in our system at least 20 working days prior to the date of arrival, the rooms booked in your name will be auto-canceled for all the hotels in the itinerary.


• Rescheduling charges: 5% of the total package value will be charged for any rescheduling of the trip. In addition to that, any difference in fare for the revised date of travel should be borne by the customers based on availability and hotel reserves the rights to accept/deny the request for reschedule/cancellation.


• Tourism Dirham, if applicable, is NOT part of this package. The same should be paid at the respective destinations.

 


Flights:

• PSG International Travels is not responsible for airline cancellations/delays. Please contact the airlines directly for the updated airlines schedule. Customers should bare hotel rescheduling expenses if any, in such cases.


• Please ensure to check with airlines for online/offline checkin options well in advance to avoid any additional charges.


• We are not responsible for any additional charges for baggage’s/seat selection/airport check in costs etc.


• Please confirm the terminal with the airlines, as the same can be changed anytime before departure.


• Use PNR for all communication you have directly with the airline for your flight bookings


• Carry a print out of e-ticket and present it to the airline counter at the time of check-in


• It is advisable to update your contact information with airlines once you receive the flight tickets to get alerts directly.  

VISA:

• Documents requested should be sent across in time to process VISA.


• Collection of documents at your doorstep,.


• Personal interviews for VISA are at the discretion of the Consulate, this has to be mandatorily attended by the applicant. Failing to attend this without a valid reason, can result in withholding any further processes.


• In some cases, Consulate may require additional documents after the VISA application is submitted, the documents must be provided to them as per request.


• In case of VISA rejection, advance paid will be refunded after deducting the flight and hotel cancellation charges (as per flight and hotel policies).

• The cancellation policy of the above itinerary is as follows,


• Flight ticket


• No refund for non-refundable flight tickets once the Booking Intimation is shared. (24 hrs after making advance booking payment)


• Full refund after deducting the cancellation charges (as per airline policies) for the refundable flight tickets before 35 days of travel date.


• Within 35 days of travel date: No refund.


• Hotels/Activities/Transfers


• No refund for non-refundable hotel rooms once the Booking Intimation is shared. (24 hrs after making advance booking payment)


• Full refund after deducting the cancellation charges (as per hotel policies) for the refundable hotel rooms before 35 days of travel date.


• Cancellation charges: 5% of the total package value will be charged for any cancellation of the trip once the BCR (Booking confirmation Receipt) is shared.


• Within 35 days of travel date: No refund.
