Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Dubai

On arrival at Dubai International Airport, our local tour representative will be waiting for you in the specified area and will transfer you to the hotel. Check in at the hotel and relax. Rest of the day is at your own leisure. Refresh and step out to enjoy Dubai Shopping Festival.

Day 2 : Dubai City Tour + Desert Safari

Wake up to a bright and sunny morning. Have a fill at breakfast at hotel and proceed for Half Day City Tour where you explore the famous sights and sounds of Dubai. Visit famous landmarks like Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Mosque, pass by the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, spend time at the Jumeirah Beach and many other must see points of interest including a visit to traditional souks. Later in the evening, go for an exciting Desert Safari followed with a lavish dinner.

Day 3 : Dubai- Dhow Cruise with Dinner

Post morning breakfast at hotel, the day is free for you to go shopping in the exciting shopping malls and grab alluring deals. After a day of filling your shopping bags, set out to experience Dhow Cruise in evening. Cruise down the Dubai creek and capture mesmerising night views of the glistening city while relishing BBQ buffet dinner and enjoying soft music in the background.

Day 4 : Dubai- Day Free for Shopping

Today you can laze up in your bed till longer. The day is free for shopping. After having a fill at morning breakfast, set out for a day full of shopping in malls and souks. You can also book an optional sightseeing tour (at additional cost) to add more experiences on your trip. After a day of shopping, eating and sightseeing, return back to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 5 : Return Home with Wonderful Memories

Enjoy a relaxed morning followed by an extensive breakfast. Today is the last day in the glitzy city. Check out from the hotel by 1200 hours. Return flight is at night so you can still go to nearby shopping malls to grab the last possible deals for more dresses, watches, gold, jewellery or anything else you may want. Late get transferred to the airport to catch your flight back to Delhi. On your return, we would like to receive your feedback about the trip. We sincerely hope you had a great trip.

Online Booking Procedure

To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.

As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.

You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.

We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.

The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:

If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
- No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
- When your visa is successfully done.
- Your hotel rooms are booked.
- Your Flights are confirmed.
- Any other inclusion in the package.

Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

Executive Council of the Government of Dubai has issued a Resolution No (2) of 2014, regarding the introduction of “Tourism Dirham” compulsory on all booked hotel accommodation in Dubai. The Tourism Dirham has been implemented with effective from 31st March, 2014.
The Package cost does not include this tax & it is to be paid by the guest directly at the hotel at the time of Checkout, which is applicable (as mentioned below):
3* Hotel - 3 USD / 4* Hotel - 4 USD / 5* Hotel - 5.50 USD (per room per night)

This package cost is based on national USD rate at Rs. 66/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as USD is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.

To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.

Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

In Low cost Airline, No Meals are served onboard.

Terms & Conditions

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.

Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.

Standard Check in time is 2 PM and Check out time is 12 Noon. Early check-in / late checkout are subject to availability.

We will not be responsible for visa delay / rejection.

Please take care of all your personal belongings and valuable and note that Local Operator will not be held liable for any loss.

After booking Confirmation Rs. 2,000/- per person per Amendment Charges.

Honeymoon package is applicable till six moth after the Marriage.

Room type Twin or Double is at sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis

Equivalent * means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen dollars

Package Cost includes (Ground handling charges) Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)

Package prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events / fairs and convention.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking
This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
- Airlines ticket amount in Non refundable & date change or any such amendment is also not allowed
- If cancellation is made any time not less than 31 days prior to departure, Rs. 10,000/- shall be deducted. (except Normal ticket cancellation and Visa charges)
- If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 14 to 07 days prior to departure, 60% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 06 to 03 days prior to departure, 80% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made anytime between 03 days prior to departure or In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Festivals, Holidays & Long week ends) Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be charged for all booking canceled within 45 days of travel.
- We cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa / Refusal of On arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa” and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.
- Your booking is having travel tour components which need Guarantee Booking, which means No Cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:
  If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
