• All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals not mentioned in inclusions , tips, porterage, laundry and phone calls
• Surcharge applicable during certain peak dates and Arab Health Period, Gulf Food, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Years and Eid
• Any increase in fare of air ticket and taxes on fuel surcharge, charged by airlines on air ticket prior to flight tickets issuance, to be charged extra irrespective of the booking date
• Dubai Tourism Tax (to be paid directly at the Hotel)

Cancellation Policy

• If you Cancel your Holiday
• 21 days or more prior to departure date, Initial Booking Amount (10,000) and additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied)
• Between 21–10 days: 50% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
• Less than 10 days: 100% of total tour cost will be charges as penalty. No payment will be refund.
