Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Day 01: Arrival Ahmedabad

  Ahmedabad – Jamnagar – Dwarka (440 km/ 08 hrs Approx).
  Arrive at Ahmedabad Railway Station/Airport, meet to Greet than transfer to Dwarka. On the way visit Bala Hanuman Temple, Lakhota Museum, Lakhota Lake and other famous temples of Jamnagar. Not to forget visit the local markets in Jamnagar know for its bandhani work. After that proceed to Dwarka. Overnight stay at Hotel in Dwarka.

• Day 2 : Day 02: Dwarka (Local sightseeing)

  After breakfast visit Dwarka, Dwarka is one of the religious places in Gujarat. This was the first capital of Gujarat - "ANCIENT (ANART) later knew as Kushasthali, then visit Bet Dwarka, Gopi Talav, Nageshwar Temple, & Rukmini Temple. Overnight stay at Hotel in Dwarka.

• Day 3 : Day 03: Dwarka

  Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath (250 km/ 05 hrs Approx).
  After morning breakfast drive to Somnath. En- route you will be taken to visits Porbandar (visit Kirti Temple, Sudama Temple & Shri Hari Temple ). Later drives to Somnath. Evening check in to the hotel & then visit Somnath Temple, Bhalka Tirth, Panch Pandav Gufa & Somnath Beach & Triveni Ghat. At last you will be enjoy light & sound at Somnath Temple. Overnight stay at hotel in Somnath.

• Day 4 : Day 04: Somnath

  Somnath – Junagadh – Ahmedabad (411 km/ 7.5 hrs Approx).
  Morning after breakfast proceed to Ahmedabad. On the way visit Junagadh and visit Mahabat Maqbara, Darbar Hall Museum, Ashoka Rokas, Uppercot Fort. After that drive to Ahmedabad. Overnight stay at Hotel in Ahmedabad.

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 100% Advance Percentage of total booking amount * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Cancellation Policy:- (1).- Once the booking is done: 25% of package cost. (2).- 30 days prior to departure: 30% of Package Cost (3). 15 Days prior to departure: 50% of Package Cost. (4).- 10 Days till the date of departure: 100% of Package Cost. (5).- No Show: 100% of Package Cost.

Other Terms & Conditions :
Terms and Condition:- (1).- The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group. (2).- Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences. (3).- Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy. (4).- Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case. (5).- In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not. (6).- Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you. (7).- The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival. (8).- For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel. (9).- VACATION ORGANIZER can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client. (10).- In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability. (11).- On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy.
