Day 1 : Welcome aboard Thomas Cook's exciting tour to South East Asia. Start your tour in

Welcome to magical Malaysia. Enjoy a panoramic tour of Putrajaya followed by the sights and sounds of Kuala Lumpur on your exciting city tour. Welcome to Malaysia. On arrival in Kuala Lumpur, you will be greeted by your friendly Thomas Cook Tour Manager/local representative outside the baggage hall area at the airport. On arrival, proceed on a panoramic tour of Putrajaya, designed as an intelligent Cyber-city and the new federal government administrative centre. Putrajaya showcases the best of Malaysian architectural design in an environmentally friendly setting of beautifully landscaped lakes and parks. Drive pass Putra Lake, Putra Mosque, Perdana Putra (Prime Minister office). Halt for a photo stop at Seri Wawasan Bridge. Post lunch proceed on an exciting city tour of Kuala Lumpur - drive pass the National Mosque, the National Monument, photo stop at the Petronas twin towers, the superb buildings at the Independence Square, Chinatown and Parliament House; photo stop at the King's Palace - residence of the elected king of Malaysia. Today after an American breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Genting, drive to the Sky way cable car station for a relaxing, scenic ride up to Genting Highlands. Visit Snow World. The fun never stops at Genting Snow World, City of Entertainment, perched on the top of cool, breezy Genting Highlands. One big attraction in Genting is the cool weather, because of the 2,000m altitude. The Snow World features a long cabin, an igloo, toboggan slides and a snowy play area. It's cold in here, so remember to wear warm clothing. Later drive back to Kuala Lumpur, en route, visit Batu Caves - a leading Hindu shrine in Malaysia. To reach it, one has to climb 272 steps. Day 3 : Onto Singapore

The services of a Thomas Cook Tour Manager will be provided with a group of minimum 25 full-paying passengers. Our local representative will be there to assist you in case this above requirement is not fulfilled.

When the tour has less than 25 adults and is operated on a seat-in-coach basis, there will be instances where the driver acts as a guide as well.

Lunch on the day of arrival will only be provided to guests who arrive by 1200 hours at the local destination.

As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the same as a double room.

For certain departures, we may re-route the itinerary. However all sightseeing & inclusions will remain the same.

Passengers from certain hubs on certain departure dates may have to depart one day prior to the departure date mentioned above. For exact departure dates from your hub cities, please check with your respective local sales office/ travel agent.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Medical insurance for the duration of the tour is included in the tour price. However, any passengers above the age of 60 years and those who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in Government regulations, Ticket taxes etc charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la-carte is not possible. American breakfasts will be served throughout the tour.

Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers. Thomas Cook will not be liable for the same.

We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary.

The cost of extension of validity of ticket is not included in Tour price.

We reserve the right to use alternate cruise liners for any particular departure; excursions advertised or substitute a cruise of similar class if deemed necessary.

Due to high occupancy on the cruise, it is possible that the cabins provided would be of alternate category or Inside Stateroom.

For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same.

The tour price is subject to increase without notice if the rate of exchange changes substantially prior to departure.

The Company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure.

Cable car ride is operated subject to weather conditions.

Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance.

Hotels mentioned are subject to availability.

Passengers can board the tour from the hub city. Those boarding from any other city can do so, however all expenses to/ from the hub city is to be borne by the passengers.

There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.

The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.

Standard check-in time for the hotels is 1400hrs while check-out is at hrs.

Check-in at Genting Highlands is at hrs.

The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.

In Genting clients are required to carry only an overnight bag. Their main luggage will be kept in lockers provided by Genting management.

Thomas Cook will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline.

Passage for a pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy at the time of sailing of the cruise. For the safety reasons Infants below ? months of age may not be allowed onboard the cruise.
