Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Bangkok – Pattaya

  On arrival at the Bangkok airport, you will be met and transferred to Pattaya on seat in coach basis. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. The evening is at leisure to explore Pattaya on your own. Later in the evening you may proceed for Alcazar Show (Optional). Every night, dazzling performances by artists in glittering evening gowns thrill audiences, as they mime and dance against a back-drop of surround-sound and computerized lighting. Overnight in Pattaya.

• Day 2 : Pattaya

  After breakfast, set out in a speedboat to Coral Island, picturesque islands off the coast of Pattaya. You can opt for many water-activities, like under-water diving in the surrounding coral, jet skiing and parasailing (at additional cost) or you can just relax on the beach. After dark, Pattaya offers all the allure and magic of a truly vibrant nightlife with a spectacular variety of restaurants, nightclubs, bars, discotheques, cocktail lounges and cabarets.

• Day 4 : Pattaya - Bangkok

  Post breakfast; take seat in coach transfer to Bangkok. Enroute explore Bangkok on a City Tour which takes you through the hustle and bustle of the city and also gives an opportunity to explore myriad cultural attractions. Visit the Golden Buddha Temple (Wat Tri Mit), the world’s largest Gold Buddha, now more than 700 years old, is a treasure of Thailand and Buddhism. The evening is free to explore the innumerable shopping options the city has to offer we also suggest you to watch the Siam Niramit Show (optional). It is one of the largest stage performances in the world or opt for Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise (Optional).

• Day 5 : Bangkok

  Today you may opt to visit Safari world and Marine Park with Lunch. Drive through the scenic safari park presents a unique opportunity for the closest encounter with the rare and endangered species of wild animal kingdom. Indian Lunch Included inside the park. Visit Marine Park, housing a spectrum of animals from land, sea and air and setting the scenes for 7 Amazing World class shows, from live action stunts to spectacular to performances by animals.

• Day 6 : Depart Bangkok

  After breakfast, your day is free at leisure. Later you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight back home. (B)

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators


Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .


Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:


Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours 
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. 
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours 
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment


Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.


Please note -
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.



Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
