Day 1 : Zagreb
Arrive in Zagreb - the city boasts a charming medieval 'Old City' with architecture.
Day 2 : Zagreb
City orientation tour of Zagreb, which includes the Upper Town - St Mary's church with its multi-colored tile roof, the baroque church of St. Catherine, the Cathedral of St Stephen and the Parliament with the Government Palace. Take a stroll in Dolac Market. In the Lower Town - statue of Ban Jelacic, the 19th century National Theater, Museum of Arts and Crafts, the University. Visit the Mirogoj Cemetery and the most beautiful Park in Zagreb - Maksimir one of the first public gardens in Europe and the world.
Day 3 : Zagreb - Plitvice National Park
Proceed to Plitvice National Park - on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1979. Enjoy thousands of sparkling falls, clean pure air, the great Splasher, idyllical boat ride on Lake Kozjak and experience a walk on one of 18km marked trails.
Day 4 : Plitvice National Park - Postojna caves - Ljubljana
Proceed to Ljubljana - known for being a city of wine and vine. Enroute visit Postojna cave as well as a museum that features Proteus - also called 'Human Fish'.
Day 5 : Ljubljana - Bled - Ljubljana
Proceed to Bled also called as 'Alpine Pearl'. Visit the Bled Castle, take 'Pletna' boat ride to visit the island and St. Mary's church in the middle of Bled Lake. Arrive in Ljubljana. City orientation tour which includes the University, Preseren square, Triple Bridge, Open market, the Baroque Town hall, Cathedral of St. Nicholas and the Dragon Bridge. Take a funicular ride to the medieval Ljubljana castle. Evening free for shopping.
Day 6 : Ljubljana - Budapest
Proceed to Budapest - Twin cities of Buda and Pest. Enjoy the Danube river cruise to explore this beautiful riverside capital.
Day 7 : Budapest - Bratislava
City orientation tour includes Heroes Square, Fishermen's Bastion, Church of St. Matthias, Gellert hill, Parliament house, the Royal palace and the famous chain bridge on the Danube river. Proceed to Bratislava - a very pleasant medieval inner city. City orientation tour includes St. Micheal's Gate, St. Martin Cathedral, Presidential palace, Opera house, Bronze statues, Novy Most (New bridge), Blue Church, Slovak Radio building. Visit Bratislava castle and Danubiana art gallery.
Day 8 : Bratislava - Brno - Lednice - Prague
Drive via Brno - the birthplace of the great composer Janacek. Visit the Lednice Palace from inside once headquarters to Napoleon. Arrive in Prague in the evening.
Day 9 : Prague
City orientation tour includes the walking tour of Hradcany Castle, the cathedral of St. Vitus, the astronomical clock, the Old Town Square and the romantic Charles Bridge followed by a Cruise on the river Vitava. Evening free for shopping at Bohemian crystals and other Czech specialities.
Day 10 : Prague - Dresden - Berlin
Visit the beautiful city of Dresden. The orientation tour of Dresden includes Semper Opera and 18th century cathedral. Then the travel to Berlin continues through the Spreewald forest to the 'Florence on the Elbe'. Arrive in Berlin in the evening.
Day 11 : Berlin
City orientation tour includes Berliner Dome Cathedral, City Hall, Victory Column with it's Golden Statue of Goddess Victory, the Reichstag Building, Monument Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden Boulevard and German State Opera House.
Day 12 : Berlin - Krakow
Arrive in Krakow - the city of salt mines in the evening. Visit the Salt mine of Wieliczka, a UNESCO world Heritage site.
Day 13 : Krakow
City orientation tour of Krakow includes the Royal Castle, St. Mary's Church and Auschwitz - the largest of the Nazi German concentration camps.
Day 14 : Krakow - Warsaw
Proceed to Warsaw - the rebuilt capital of Poland. On arrival city orientation tour includes a visit to the old town, the sight of the Warsaw Ghetto, the sites evoked in Polanski's 'The Pianist', and view the Palace of Culture and Science. Visit to the Wilanow Palace, the residence of Polish King Sobeiski - Victor of Vienna.
Day 15 : Departure from Warsaw
Board the flight for your hometown. Tour concludes.
