Day 1 : Welcome to Kathmandu
After arrival at the Airport, Our Representative will welcome you and transfer to Hotel.
Check in at the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure for own independent activities
Day 2 : Sightseeing Tour of Kathmandu City & Swoyambhunath
Kathmandu City:- Listed as One of the Eight Cultural World Heritage Sites By Unesco, Kathmandu Durbar Square is a Cluster of Ancient Temples, Palaces, Courtyards and Streets that Date Back to the 12th to 18th Centuries. the Square is Known to Be the Socia Swayambhunath:- the Buddhist Temple of Swoyambhunath is Situated On the Top of a Hill, West of Kathmandu. It is One of the Most Popular, Holy and Instantly Recognizable Symbols of Nepal. the Temple is Colloquially Known as the ‘monkey Temple’ Because of the Large Tribe of Roaming Monkeys Who Guard the Temple. Patan Durbar Square:-is One of the Three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, all of Which are Unesco World Heritage Sites. One of Its Attractions is the Ancient Royal Palace Where the Mallakings of Lalitpur Resided. Durbar Square is a Marvel of Newa Architecture. the Square Floor is Tiled with Red Bricks. There are Many Temples and Idols in the Area. the Main Temples are Aligned Opposite of the Western Face of the Palace. the Square also Holds Old Newari Residential Houses. Mahaboudha Temple:-the Temple of Mahabouddha is a Masterpiece of Terra-cotta. like the Krishna Mandir, It Reveals An Artistic Tradition Which Evolved Outside of Nepal and Shows How Native Nepalese Craftsmen have Been Able to Do Justice to An Unfamiliar Art Form. this Temple Was Built By Abhaya Raj, a Priest of Patan and is Sometimes Referred to as the Temple of a Million Buddhas Because Every Single Brick Bears a Small Image of Buddha. There are An Astonishing Total of Nine Thousand Bricks. It Was Levelled to the Ground in the Great Earthquake of 1933 But Was Rebuilt Exactly to the Original Specifications, Proving that the Temple craft is Still One of the Living Arts of Nepal. Golden Temple:- also Known as the Hiranya Varna or Suwarna Mahavihara, this Unique Buddhist Monastery is Just North of Durbar Sq. Legends Related that the Monastery Was Founded in the 12th Century, Although the Earliest Record of Its Existence is 1409. Shoes and other Leather Articles Must Be Removed if You Leave the Walkway and Enter the Inner Courtyard. Look for the Sacred Tortoises Pottering Around in the Courtyard - They are Temple Guardians. the Main Priest of the Temple is a Young Boy Under the Age of Twelve, Who Serves for 30 Days Before Handing the Job Over to Another Boy. the Large Rectangular Building Has Three Roofs and a Copper-gilded Façade. Inside the Main Shrine is a Beautiful Statue of Sakyamuni.
Day 3 : Drive to Sundarijal
Early morning drive to Sundarijal. Hike for 3 hours from sundarijal through Nagmati River and room check-in with welcome drink & lunch break at Prakriti. After lunch, optionally one hour of nature walk around the lake (Wetlands). Watch sun set followed by dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 : Hike & Excursion At Gurung Village
Early morning rise for sunrise viewing over the Himalayas. Enjoy Breakfast at terrace garden of the resort. Make a full day hike to the traditional Gurung village with home visits and then return to Prakriti via Trout fish farm and the Tea Estate in Jainsi village. OR visit to Chisopani: The place is 6 km from Prakriti Resort. It means “Cold Water”. Chisopani lies northern side of Kathmandu valley with an altitude of about 2200 m above sea level adjoin with Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. It is also gateway to Langtang and Helembu trekking. We can see heart breaking long range panoramic view from Everest to Dhulikhel region. Chisopani is perfect place for sunrise view and short hikers around Kathmandu Valley. Chisopani Cheese Factory: One can visit to the local cheese factory located in Chisapani. Here is the perfect example of a local industry created to generate income into the rural areas. Locals collect milk and bring it here to make cheese that is taken and sold in Kathmandu.
Day 5 : Hike & Excursion Drive Back to Kathmandu
After the breakfast, trek over the parks trail (a fire line built by the national park and presently noted by a national park’s ring road) under the shade of trees mostly but with the view of the valleys and the mountains that takes four hours to reach Sankhu via Manichure and Bajrayogini, a traditional Newari culture and Heritage site. Drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 6 : Day Free for Own Activices
Day free for personal activities
Day 7 : Transfer to International Airport for Departure.
