Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Nairobi Masai Mara

  We will pick you up from your hotel at 0800 hrs.Safari briefing by our professional Guides.
  After briefing we start our safari via the scenic Great Rift Valley,a stop over at the view point to see this great depression ,we continue with our safari to the Mara Reserve arriving in good time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

• Day 2 : Masai Mara

  Breakfast at the Lodge .Full day is spent exploring the park in search of the Big 5.
  The Masai Mara Game Reserve is arguably Kenya's most popular game sanctuary. It is the most famous and most visited game reserve in Kenya. The film Out of Africa was made to a great extent in this reserve. Virtually every type of wildlife can be seen at the Mara. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle from Serengeti plains across the Tanzania border and the Mara River to reach Masai Mara grazing fields from late June. The dramatic crossing of the river and the preying on the migrants by predators can be viewed from early July to August. The reserve abounds with birdlife since close to about 452 species have been recorded. You have the option of taking a Hot air balloon in this park.Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge

• Day 3 : Masai Mara Nairobi

  Early Morning game drive.Breakfast at the Lodge, then drive to Nairobi via Narok.Lunch is own arrangement .(Option of Lunch at our famous Carnivore Restaurant,Option of shopping ,a visit to Karen Blixen,Giraffe Centre ,museum )
  Transfer to the Airport for your flight back home.

• A deposit of 30-50% of the total invoice is required to secure your reservations, once being confirmed to you.


• The balance of payment is due 20-30 days prior to your date of arrival in Africa or safari start. If your booking is made and confirmed within 45 days of your arrival date, full payment will be required immediately. Payments can be made either by Visa, Master Card via Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account to be provided. Payment by visa card attracts a 5% bank surcharge Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Accord African Safaris.


• The following penalties will apply :-


• Cancellations received between 35 days and 25 days prior to commencement of Services shall be


• charged at 25% of the total cost of Services.


• Cancellation received between 24 days and 15 days (48hours) prior to commencement of Services


• shall be charged at 35% of the total cost of Services.


• Cancellation received between 14 days and 08 days (48hours) prior to commencement of Services


• shall be charged at 50% of the total cost of Services.


• Cancellation received between 07 days and 03 days (48hours) prior to commencement of Services


• shall be charged at 75% of the total cost of Services.


• Cancellations received within 2 days (48hours) or after commencement of Services shall be charged
