• The booking amount paid is non-refundable.

• JM Tours & Travels realizes that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity or emergency. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time, communications costs and advance purchased bills. Therefore, all cancellations would be charged the following fees
• Before 30 days: 30% of the second installment
• 30 – 20 days: 50% of the second installments
• 20 – 0 days: 100% of The Package Cost
• The availability of adventure activities is subject to availability, and the company cannot be held responsible in the event that natural calamities such as wind, rain, or other unforeseen circumstances affect the progress of the activity, leading to its cancellation. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
• If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made.
• For our group trip, if you prefer not to share rooms, you have the option of double or triple sharing by paying extra. For solo travelers, we strive to accommodate gender preferences, but it may not always be possible. In such cases, you can adjust with other members or opt for a single room at an additional cost.
• Train tickets are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the confirmation of tickets.
• It is crucial to note that we do not have any control over the traffic situations that may arise during the trip. While we make every effort to plan meticulously and provide accurate estimations, unexpected traffic conditions may occasionally arise and lead to delays. In the event that you encounter any traffic-related delays during your Himachal trip, please remain patient and cooperate with our coordinator.
• If the train is delayed, which is beyond the company's control, we will not be held responsible.
• Any sightseeing/meals that are skipped due to traffic or weather conditions or cannot be reached on time will not be the responsibility of the company.
• Snowfall or snow is subject to availability.
• Our travelers will not be provided with pickup and drop services on Mall Road.
• Please refrain from entertaining drivers excessively. After you leave the bus or travelers, ensure that you take everything with you to the hotel. The company will not be responsible if anything is missing.
• This is a group tour, and punctuality is essential. Please ensure that you are on time for all departure times and meeting points. In the event that a participant is late, the group may leave without them, and it will be the responsibility of the late participant to arrange their own transportation to catch up with the group.
