• Day 1 : TOKYO

  On arrival at Tokyo Airport you will be met and assisted with boarding the train or shared shuttle bus to your hotel.

• Day 2 : TOKYO

  You have two full days to explore this amazing city by utilising Tokyo’s efficient metro system with your transport pass.

• Day 3 : TOKYO

  See Day 2 for today's itinerary.

• Day 4 : TOKYO - HAKONE

  Travel to Hakone, gateway to Mount Fuji. Stay in traditional ryokan accommodation and enjoy a sumptuous multi-course kaiseki meal. 

• Day 5 : HAKONE

  See Day 4 for today's itinerary.

• Day 6 : HAKONE - KYOTO

  Take one last soak in the onsen before travelling on the world-famous bullet train to Japan’s cultural capital, Kyoto, home to 17 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

• Day 7 : KYOTO

  Explore the former imperial capital and visit some of Kyoto’s World Heritage Sites. 

• Day 8 : KYOTO

  This morning you will have the chance to travel to Nara. For 74 years during the 8th century, Nara was Japan’s capital and many of the temples and shrines built at that time still remain.

• Day 9 : KYOTO

  Transfer to Kansai Airport.
