Day 1 : TRAVEL TO VIENNA, AUSTRIA
Embark on your overnight journey to Austria's capital city--Vienna.

Day 2 : VIENNA
After settling in at the hotel, use your Vienna pass and start exploring the city. This handy card is not only a travel card, with unlimited use of public transportation, but offers free admission to some of Vienna’s most fascinating museums and sights. After our welcome orientation, enjoy a unique Viennese tradition with dinner at one of the famous Heurigens. These wine taverns offer an atmosphere of legendary comfort, with fine Viennese wines and culinary accompaniments.

Day 3 : VIENNA
The city streets of Vienna are our playground as we explore, learn and compete in our unique, interactive Euro Explorer event. Armed with a tablet we work as teams to locate hotspots, answer questions and earn points. Along the way you’ll delve into historical happenings. Vienna is listed as an UNESCO world heritage site. The historic center of the city is rich with architectural treasures, including the 19th century Ringstraße lined with grand buildings, monuments and parks. The evening is free to experience some of Vienna’s many cultural offerings. You may decide to attend a performance of the Vienna State Opera or the Volksopera, a musical at the Raimund Threater, or a Vienna Festival Concert at the Musikverein or Konzerthaus.

Day 4 : VIENNA
Enjoy a free day to explore Vienna on your own. Take advantage of your Vienna pass and visit the magnificent state apartments of Schönbrunn palace, the former imperial summer residence, and home to such illustrious rulers as Maria Theresa. Perhaps venture out to Belvedere Palace, which houses the world’s largest and most valuable collection of paintings by Gustav Klimt, before ending your tour at the State Opera House in the city center. If you are interested in visiting the Austrian countryside, join us on an all-day excursion visiting the UNESCO town of Duernstein, including wine and schnapps tasting at a traditional tavern and riding wine bikes with an expert guide.

Day 5 : VIENNA TO BUDAPEST
Today a train takes us to Budapest, Hungary--“Paris of the East.” Two independent cities turned into one, this vibrant city offers a bit of everything. The hilly city of Buda and the flat city of Pest were joined in the late 18th century by the building of the Széchenyi Chain suspension Bridge. On your free afternoon, see the neo-gothic Parliament and Matthias Church, where the last two Hungarian kings were crowned. Get a fantastic view of the city from Fisherman’s Bastion, and then stroll the quaint lanes and cobblestone streets of Castle Hill. Enjoy dinner on your own tonight. Consider taking a cruise on the Danube or dining on Hungarian specialties in an old wine cellar.

Day 6 : BUDAPEST
Collect your team members and tablet, then get out and explore Budapest on this next treasure hunt. Will you be able to meet the challenges that stretch your grey matter and get you thinking creatively? At the end of the second hunt we will evaluate our talents and honor those with the best hunting skills. During free time indulge in a truly local experience: a spa and thermal bath. Budapest is the spa capital of the world with over 100 mineral springs and 12 therapeutic baths. Outdoor pools, healing waters, original art nouveau architecture and spa treatments await. Other possibilities are the Hungarian National Museum or strolling along Vaci Utca, a pedestrian street lined with fashionable shops and restaurants. Our farewell dinner will be at a typical csarda restaurant with gypsy violins to entertain us. Afterwards launch into Budapest’s nightlife and live it up like the locals by heading to a local beer hall, riverside bar or a happening club.
