Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kathmandu -Lukla - Monzo

  We begin our trek from Kathmandu to Lukla at an elevation of 9200ft with a spectacular flight through various hills and mountain with one of the challenging and unforgettable landing. After the arrival of all our gears we strap our gears to yaks or carried by porters. After about 4 hours of walking we will arrive at the village of Monzo and stay overnight in the lodge

• Day 2 : Monzo - Namche Bazaar

  On our 2nd day we will enter Sagarmatha (Mt Everest) National Park. After visiting the wonderful National park we will ascend ‘Namche Hill’ of Namche Bazaar at an elevation of 11,270ft which is also known as unofficial capital of the Khumbu Region. We can get the first view of Mt Everest while climbing the half way up the hill. We stay at the lodge for a night.

• Day 3 : Rest Day in Namche Bazaar (Acclimatization day )

  We need to acclimatize in the Everest Region so on the 3rd day we re-group, rest and view the wonderful scenario of this beautiful village. We can also take the short steep hike to the Everest View Hotel where we can view the great Mt. Everest if weather does supports.

• Day 4 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

  On the 4th day we visit Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual center of Khumbu at an elevation of 12,700ft. If we arrive in time we will be able to watch the monks worship and receive a blessing from the high lama.

• Day 5 : Tengboche to Dingboche

  We hike to Dingboche at an elevation of 14,000 ft. We will also cross famous suspension bridge from where we can view the classic mountain, Ama Dablam.

• Day 6 : Chhukung valley Trek

  We will trek to Chhukung valley and return to Dingboche in the evening. We will take you to Chhukung Ri at an elevation of 5546 mtrs where we can view the fifth highest mountain Makalu. We will stay overnight at Guest House.

• Day 7 : Dingboche to Lobuche (4950 mtrs.).

  We will trek to the small village of Lobuche at an elevation of 16,170ft. On the way to Lobuche we will pass by a number of stone memorials to honor climbers.

• Day 8 : Lobuche to Ghorakshep (5160 mtrs.).

  On this day we are going to have the unbelievable views of spectacular Mountains so make your camere standby. We will have lunch at Gorak Shep while trekking to Kalapathar. We will walk to the summit of Kala Pattar at an elevation of 18,190ft where you will be gifted by the amazing scenery of Mt Everest without climbing it.

• Day 9 : Gorak Shep - Everest Basecamp, (5400 mtrs.) back to Gorak Shep,

  This is the final uphill push to Mt Everest basecamp. We will hike up to the start of the notorious Khumbu icefall and return back to Gorak Shep.

• Day 10 : Hike up to Kalapathar and Trek down to Phireche

  Kalapathar is an excellent viewpoint to observe the Mount Everest and innumerable scenery of spectacular mountains. Along the way we trek back to Pheriche at an elevation of 4280m and stay overnight at Guest House.

• Day 11 : Phireche- Khumjung Village

  BreOvernight at Guest House.

• Day 12 : Khumjung Village - Manjoo

  Walking down and overnight at guest house

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast, Lunch, Diner

• Day 13 : Manjoo- Lukla.

  Walik down to lukla for the next day early flight, over night at hotel.

• Day 14 : Morning Flight Back to Kathmandu from Lukla.

  Early morning flight to Kathmandu, half an hour anf transfer to the hotel in kathmandu.

To book a program please use our online booking form, Email or, alternatively, you can call us on the given Numbers: program's name and duration.
The number of Person for the Tour.
Name's and nationality.
Date you wish to travel or flight arrival date and time.

For confirmation of tour you have to wire a deposit and intial deposit.

Paying the deposit
The deposit has to be paid by wire transfer or card.
Instruction for payment will be forwarded together with your quotation.
When your transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation mail with your wire transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.

When to book
It is wise to make your booking at least one months in advance. However, if you want a good deal on your international flight, we recommend organizing your trip at least two months in advance. (Please contact us if you require a late booking)

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel,trekking services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: -

45 days prior to arrival :10% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival :20% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival :25% of the Tour / service cost
48 hours prior to arrival :50% of the Tour / service cost

Less than 24 hours or No Show : No Refund

Liabilities and responsibilities :
Meeting another culture requires tolerance and the ability to adapt. It is in the nature of all the programs that arrangements and participants have to be flexible. The day to day agenda and ultimate goal of a trip are taken as aims and not as contractual obligations. The agency will always try its very best to solve any problem you face during your trip, but cannot be held responsible for delays or alterations in the programs or for expenses incurred, owing to domestic flights delays or cancellation, strikes, local regulations, sickness, bad weather, war, major force, political closures and disputes...

Travel insurance :
A travel insurance policy is vital if you go trekking. While most general travel insurances cover you against sickness while on a trek, not all cover you for emergency evacuation, which could run into many thousands of dollars if a helicopter were required.
Trekking or  In tour do not offer travel insurance policies, however we strongly recommend that you apply for one covering mountain rescue and emergency evacuation.

Flights :
we do  not offer international flights from your country to Nepal
However, we arrange any domestic flights as they are included in the price of your journey. We will require all information or documents needed to reserve your flight upon receipt of your booking.

Group composition :
Trip in nepal promotes independence and flexibility, and will not ask you to join a pre-arranged group. Any adventure you choose will be tailored to your own individual needs, and you will travel either with your companions or alone.
