Day 1 : Arrive Auckland

Day 2 : Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today after breakfast, Travel south through the fertile Waikato region to arrive at Waitomo. Enjoy a guided tour of the famous Glowworm Caves including an underground boat ride followed by lunch - World renowned and a magnet for both local and overseas visitors, the Waitomo Glowworm Caves occupy a high placing in the New Zealand vacation wish-list. The glow worm, Arachnocampa luminosa, is unique to New Zealand. Thousands of these tiny creatures radiate their unmistakable luminescent light. Waitomo Glowworm Caves are a must see for any traveller. Enjoy the world famous boat ride under thousands of magical glowworms and become a part of over 120 years of cultural and natural history.
Continue to Rotorua and visit Agrodome Farm Show on arrival followed by a guided tour and Maori Cultural Performance at Te Puia Thermal Reserve. Overnight at the hotel, Rotorua.
Day 3 : Rotorua - Napier

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The morning is at leisure. Proceed for Napier this afternoon and travel south through the Wairakei Geothermal area. Continue through Taupo and around part of Lake Taupo (New Zealand’s largest lake), over rugged mountain ranges and well cultivated farmland to arrive in the ‘Art Deco’ city of Napier.

Day 4 : Napier

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The morning is at your leisure to explore Napier, before joining an afternoon wine tour that will visit and include tastings at 3 local wineries. This half-day wine tour will take you on a journey through gorgeous countryside and into the most famous wine growing regions of Hawke's Bay. We'll visit four internationally recognised wineries, where you'll take part in a series of comprehensive wine tastings, with plain English explanations from your tour guide.. Day 5 : Napier - Wellington

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today morning travel through the Manawatu Gorge and Takapau Plains to Palmerston North, famous for its agricultural university. Day 8 : Christchurch - Dunedin

Day 12 : Glacier Region - Greymouth - Christchurch
