  Our representative will cordially receive you from the Cochin International Airport and transfer you to Thekkady. Check into the hotel on arrival. Spend the day at leisure.

• Day 2 : Thekkady

  Thekkady is heaven for natural spices such as black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and clove. Enjoy a guided plantation tour. Thekkady holds one of the extremely interesting wild life reserves in the world. The Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary spread across 777 sq km and 360 sq km of this is thick evergreen forest. The main attraction in Thekkady is boating on the lake and the Mullai Periyar Dam. Activities like Spice Plantation visit, Bamboo Rafting, Trekking and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Thekkady has immense possibilities for Adventure Tourism. The Forest Department offers many programs including Periyar Tiger Trail, Nature walk, Bamboo Rafting; etc Overnight stay is arranged in Thekkady.

  Check out from the hotel after breakfast. Drive down to Cochin International Airport for your upward travel. Fly back home safely, with a contented feeling about your wonderful holiday.
