Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Udaipur

  Welcome! on arrival you will be transferred and assisted by Registhan India Journeys, and transfer to hotel

• Day 2 : Udaipur

  After breakfast visit the City Palace, an intriguing collection of buildings contributed by various Maharana's (Kings) after Udai Singh & built in the year 1725. The magnificence of the Palace starts right from its entrance at the northern Tripolia Gate that brings us to the central courtyard, the best place to view the facade of filigreed balconies & ornate cupola-topped towers. Sahelion ki Bari (Garden of Maids of Honour) is an ornamental garden built by Maharana Sangram Singh for his daughter & the Ladies of the Queen's court. He built the garden with several fountains, pools & is decorated with chiselled pavilions & elephants. The fountains worked on the unique hydraulic technique devised in the year 1700 AD & work till today. Later we visit Jagdish Temple, the Indo-Aryan temple, built in the year 1651 AD by Maharana Jagat Singh, is the largest & the most beautiful temple of Udaipur with noteworthy sculpted images. We also enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola, the beauty of the lake is enhanced by the surrounding hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats & embankments. The Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) & Jag Mandir, the two island palaces on the lake look like pearls in the lake. overnight stay in hotel at Udaipur.

The Delwara temple is famous for its architectural splendour. The intricate carving on the marble stone is simply mesmerizing. A cluster of Hindu temples also marks the land with their historical past. Rao Jodha, the chief of the Rathore clan, is credited with the origin of Jodhpur in India. He founded Jodhpur in 1459. The city is named after him only. It was previously known as Marwar. • Day 6 : Jaisalmer

  After breakfast visit the old town of Jaisalmer & visit Jaisalmer Fort, built in the year 1156 by Rawal Jaisal. Perched on 80m high hill, housing the entire township within its ramparts, the golden hued Fort is standing like a sentinel in the bleak desert landscape. It is the only "Living Fort" in India & within its ramparts has an enchanting cow-web of narrow lanes dotted with some lovely Havelis (Mansions), Palaces & beautifully sculptured Jain Temples of the 12th-15th century AD & of course skilled artisans & ubiquitous camels. We also visit magnificent Patwon Ki Haveli in the heart of the town. It was built by the rich merchant Guman Chand Patwa & his sons, whose business stretched between Afghanistan & China. It is the most elaborate & magnificent of all the Jaisalmer Havelis & is virtually the showpiece of Jaisalmer's legendary architectural wealth. The carving on stone far surpasses in beauty the work on brocade & gold. Later we drive down 40 km away from Jaisalmer to Send dunes. • Day 7 : Jaisalmer - Bikaner (330k.m/5hrs.)

  After breakfast, drive to Bikaner. Reach Bikaner by afternoon later set off for the sight seen tour of Bikaner includes visiting the impregnable 15th century Junagarh Fort reputed to have remained unconquered till date, the fort has a number of gates- Karan Pol (gate) provides access to the fort, next to it is Suraj Pol Also visit the Camel Breeding Farm which carries out breeding and training of camels (closed on Sundays).   After breakfast drive to pushkar enroute visit Deshnoke Rat Temple. check in to Your hotel after freshup visit the Holy City - Pushkar, the place where Lord Brahma( Creator of the Hindu Trinity) and Savitri (His Wife) perform 'Yagnas'.Here we visit Brahama Temple and Lake Pushkar, where devotees take holy bath in lake water. The legend says that the lake sprout on the place where the lotus petals fell on earth from the hands of Lord Brahma. Pushkar is popular for the Pushkar Fair or Camel Fair that held every year in the month of November. Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti dargah of Sufi saint at Ajmer, It is old saying that people who visit Ajmer Sharif and pray with pure faith and loyalty at his Dargah will free their soul. Hazrat Khawaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti is also known by different names as, Khawaja Gharib Nawaz, Sultan-Ul-Hind, Khwaja Baba, Khwaja Gharib Nawaz Ajmeri, Khwaja Sahib, Khwaja Saheb, Khwaja Ajmeri Saint Moinuddin Chisti.   after breakfast A full day sightseeing stopping to view the dramatic hilltop fortress at Amber -- ascend the imposing fort on a painted elephant. We wander among glittering inlays and the Hall of Mirrors ‘Sheesh Mahal’.Within the palace are Diwan-e-Aam the "Hall of Public Audience", Diwan-e-Khas the "Hall of Private Audience" and the Sukh Niwas where a cool breeze blows, the Jai Mandir or the "Temple of Victory". Enroute visit Jal Mahal the Water Palace built in centre of Maota Lake which was a resting place of the kings. Hawa Mahal -- The Palace of Winds, the facade of which is all pink windows and filigree screens. After Lunch visit Monkey Temple, Galta Sun Temple -- beautiful place surrounded by mountains. over night stay in hotel at jaipur.
