Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : EXCURSION TO POGRADEC

  We will be taking you from Tirana to Pogradec, known also as the city of flowers and one of the must-visit cities in Albania. A journey along the ancient roman road Via Egnatia, drive through Elbasan (ancient Scampa). Here we stop for a short break to visit its fine Ottoman walls and we continue to Ohrid Lake, the deepest lake in the entire Balkan Peninsula. Lunch will be at a traditional local restaurant in Drilon, nice spot not far from Ohrid Lake (once a favorite holiday place for the ex-dictator Hoxha).

  Pogradec Mosque - (Pogradec has two Mosques, one in the Center of the town and the other in the hill, part of old Pogradec).
