Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival- Port Blair

  Arrival to Port Blair. Our representative will meet and assist you at the Veer Savarkar Airport. Board the waiting vehicles, drive to your hotel and check in. First half of the day is at leisure. Later in the afternoon visit Cellular Jail followed by Light and Sound Show.
  
  The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three storey prison constructed by Britishers in 1906, is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence.

• Day 2 : Visit- North Bay & Ross Island

  Today after breakfast embark on a day long Island Cruise. One of the most sought after activities. It covers a panorama of seven harbors that include the North Bay and Ross island. It leaves a lasting impression. Visit Ross Island. Once the administrative headquarters of the British and capital of these Islands, the island is now under the Indian Navy. It stands now as a ruin of the bygone days with the old structures almost in debris. There is a small museum named Smritika, it holds photographs and the other antiques of the Britishers relevant to these islands. The island is famous for friendly flocks of Deer and lush green walking trails.

• Day 3 : Transfer to Havelock Island

  Today after breakfast you will transfer to Jetty. Head to Havelock Island on board Cruise connecting the two islands! Havelock, about 54 kilometers northeast of Portblair, the Island is a hidden jewel. Few Indians know of this stunning beach destination in their own backyard while heading for Phuket (in Thailand) across the waters of Andaman Sea. Havelock is a serene tropical island encompassing about 86 square kilometers. Its clear waters are rated among the best in the world for snorkeling and scuba diving. Close to 1000 different species of marine life inhabit the waters of the Andaman Islands. Scuba divers can see nudi branchs, sea slugs and snails, varieties of ghost pipe fish, jaw fish and a number of different crustaceans of all shapes and sizes. With its serene beaches, 40 meters visibility underwater, colorful coral reefs and ‘far from the maddening crowd’ appeal, Havelock Island has emerged as a dream destination among discerning travelers. Arrive at Havelock Jetty, you are met and assisted by our representative. Board the waiting vehicles and drive to the hotel. Check in at the hotel & relax.
  
  Later proceed to visit Radhanagar Beach (or Beach No. 7) which is the jewel in the crown of Havelock Island. Located on the western side of the island, it stands away from the cluster. The glorious white sand beach shot to global fame when Time magazine (in 2004) rated it as the finest in Asia. With lush tropical forest rising on a hill to one side, the draw of this white sand beach has steadily grown in the legion of avid beach buffs. The popularity of this beach has triggered cruises from across the Andaman Sea. travelers cruise over a few days from Thailand to experience the magic of this beach in particular. A wide beach that runs over a few kilometers, Radhanagar is simply stunning. It lends itself to a variety of activities.

• Day 4 : Visit- Elephant beach

  Today in the morning have breakfast and Proceed for Snorkeling at Elephant beach. Elephant Beach is a small pristine beach, rather remotely located, it can be reached by boat. The beach is also an extremely good place for snorkeling with an easily accessible house reef, which boasts of beautiful corals and other marine life. The beach has also emerged as Havelock’s favorite spot for scuba diving. It is tailor made to be a beginners dive site. Later drive back to the hotel. Evening is free at Leisure to explore nearby places on your own.

• Day 5 : Transfer to Port Blair

  Today in the morning have breakfast and later pack your bags & check out from the hotel. In afternoon, board the vehicles and drive to Havelock Jetty. From here sail to Portblair on board Cruise. Upon Arrival check into the hotel & relax. Remaining day is at Free for Leisure. You may visit the market and explore nearby places to discover the spirit of Portblair OR you may opt for some Sightseeing tour (at Extra cost). Later return to the hotel.

• Day 6 : Departure- Port Blair

  After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the Port Blair airport. This marks the culmination of a memorable trip to one of India’s natural wonders - the Andaman Islands.

Online Booking Procedure

To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
When your visa is successfully done.
Your hotel rooms are booked.
Your Flights are confirmed.
Any other inclusion in the package.
Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but some hotels only provide a roll out bed and have no provision of an extra bed
Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services
The vehicle used is available for point to point services only and is not at disposal. Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program.
In case any services are miss due to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refund
Child sharing parents room will not be provided an extra bed.

Terms & Conditions

In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The Standard check in & check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
This hotel is suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the same is not available, then the best Similar* category will be provided.
Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of nights in each destination and without compromising any services

Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
The tour guide reserves the rights to make changes / detour or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or ban & security reason.
The vehicle used (A/C or Non A/C) is available for point to point services only and is not at disposal. Guests are requested to follow the timings in the program.

It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02 yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
