Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Goa

  Today you arrive at the Airport. Our representative shall meet you and transfer you to Hotel for check-in.
  
  Goa : Variously known as "Rome of the East", "Tourist Paradise" and "Pearl of the Orient" the state of Goa is located on the western coast of India in the coastal belt known as Konkan. The magnificent scenic beauty and the architectural splendours of its temples, churches and old houses have made Goa a firm favourite with travellers around the world. But then, Goa is much more than just beaches and sea. It has a soul which goes deep into unique history, rich culture and some of the prettiest natural scenery that India has to offer.

• Day 2 : Goa (Sightseeing of North Goa)

  Full Day Tour/Activity
  Today we take a tour of North Goa and do the following :
  
  Visit Fort Aguada : The fort was one of the most important places in Goa and the most crucial of all forts in Goa. Today it is being used as a jail. It was built by the Portuguese government in 1612 in order to protect Old Goa from enemy attacks. A spring within the fort supplied water to all the ships that called there.
  
  Visit Vagator Beach - Vagator beach with cracked rocks surrounding the beach makes it an irresistable sight for the visitor. A thick growth of coconut palms forms an emerald canopy and adds to the beautiful scenery.This beach has the imposing Chapora Fort as its backdrop.
  
  Visit Anjuna Beach - It is a very popular beach among foreign tourists and among the important beaches of Goa. Nowadays more popular for its flea market every wednesday.
  
  Visit Calangute Beach - Calangute Beach, Known as the queen of Goa's beaches lies just a leisurely 3 minute walk from Hotel Seagull a popular resort located at Holiday Street. These beach draws thousand of people every year from all parts of the world. Facilities for water sports and para gliding are available here.
  
  Boat Cruise on River Mandovi - Cruise along the river Mandovi and at the same time you can take a glimse of Goa's varied culture. Lovely traditional song and dance live performances which include the "Corridinho" will entertain you on board.

• Day 3 : Goa (Sightseeing of South Goa)

  Full Day Tour/Activity
  Today we take a tour of South Goa and do the following :
  
  Visit Dudhasagar water fall : The falls lie high up in the Mandovi River's watershed and so are not particularly spectacular during the dry season. During the monsoon season however, the falls are transformed into one of the most powerful falls in India. Dudhsagar Falls is listed as India's 5th tallest waterfall,and is 227th in the world at 310 m. Situated on the border of Goa and Karnataka, the Dudhsagar Waterfalls takes a steep plunge 2000 feet down in the wooded mountains of the western Ghats The water plummets hundreds of feet in large volumes during the monsoon season, forming one of the most spectacular natural phenomena in Goa.
  
  It is a major part of the Goa ecosystem.This is a four tiered waterfall with a total height of 310 meters (1017 feet) and an average width of 30 meters (100 feet).
  
  Visit Miramar Beach - Located at Panjim, Goa's capital on the banks of the river Mandovi this is a regular spot for people of in and around Panaji. There are very good facilities for children to play here, the highlight being a giant concrete fish. This beach is very close to the venue of International Film Festival of India. The samadhi of late Dayanand Bandodkar the first Chief Minister of Goa also lies here.
  
  Visit Dona Paula - This beach close to Panjim is well known for its water scootering facilities. A good view of the Marmagoa harbour can be had from here. This is a very scenic location and a popular venue for film shoots.
  
  Visit Colva Beach - Famous as the longest beach in Goa, Colva beach is the most popular beach in south Goa. The beach provides plenty of opportunities for shell collectors.

• Day 4 : Goa (Sahakari spice farm - Spice Plantation Trip)

  Full Day Tour/Activity
  Today we take an excursion to Sahakari Spice farm and do the following :
  
  Enjoy Traditional Welcome - You will be seated in the restaurant and a welcome drink such as Tender Coconut /Kokum/Raw Mango juice (Panneh)/leamongrass tea will be given. Also a round of snacks is offered to each one which includes cheese biscuits / wafers / Cashew-nuts. The drink counter consists of Mineral water, Beer.
  
  Soft Drinks and Fresh Lime Soda and available only on extra cost payable directly at the counter. The local brew "Cashew Feni" is available at extra cost.
  
  Take a guided tour of Spice Plantation - After a refreshing drink, the guide takes you round the plantation for a visit and explains each spice that they come across and tells them the importance of the spices and where they can be suitably used. The growing procedures for some of the spices are also briefly described to enlighten the visitors. The organic farm such as Gobar Gas Plant is also explained.
  
  Later return back to hotel.
  
  Optional : (at extra cost) Elephant washing and ride - Added attraction to Spice Farm are three Elephants, male, female and baby. Separate arrangements are made for Washing and Riding.

• Day 5 : Goa

  Full day free.

• Day 6 : Goa (Departure)

  Today you check-out of the hotel and we shall transfer you to the airport for departure.
